Meritorious service while serving as the Maintenance Platoon Maintenance Chief, Combat Logistics Battalion-26, Combat Logistics Regiment 2 from 29 January 2021 to 1 Aug 2023. Prior to deploying with the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, Gunnery Sergeant Alt's attention to detail and meticulous planning greatly contributed to the platoon's readiness ensuring 53 Marines met rigid deadlines and pre-deployment requirements. During the deployment, Gunnery Sergeant Alt planned and provided the Intermediate maintenance activity and recovery support to the Ground Combat Element and Logistics Combat Element which enabled the successful execution of integrated maintenance training for the Greek Marines during Exercise Alexander the Great in Volos, Greece. He also coordinated the passenger movement, equipment movement, and deconflicting billeting areas and chow requirements with the Command Element, Ground Combat Element, Air Combat Element and Logistics Combat Element for over 700 marines and sailors in the absence of the Sergeant Major. After the deployment shaped the conditions which led to a successful Field, Supply and Maintenance Analysis Office - East inspection which resulted in zero findings for the Motor transport maintenance portion. Overall, he successfully managed the timely induction, maintenance, and closeout phase of 443 pieces of A, B, C, D, E TAMCN equipment in and out of the maintenance cycle.

HE ASSISTED IN CONVOY OPERATIONS MOVING OVER $8 MILLION IN EQUIPMENT AND PERSONNEL AND LED THE TRANSPORTATION OF 19 MARINES IN A MEDIUM TACTICAL VEHICLE REPLACEMENT DURING FLIGHT TRAINING. For professional achievement in the superior performance of his duties while serving as the Motor Transport Maintenance Quality Control Chief, Headquarters and Service Company, 2D Battalion, 23D Marines, 4th Marine Regiment, 3D Marine Division, Unit Deployment Program 25.1 at Camp Schwab, Okinawa, Japan, from 01 April 2025 to 06 June 2025. Corporal Aldana's technical leadership and attention to detail were critical to the battalion's exceptional performance during the 3rd Marine Division Logistics Readiness Inspection. Corporal Aldana's flawless execution of 84 Joint Limited Technical Inspections during the account turnover ensured a seamless transition of equipment and full accountability, which directly enabled the battalion to commence operations without delay. Furthermore, his meticulous management of Second Echelon PMCS on 107 pieces of tactical equipment resulted in a sustained 96% readiness rate, exceeding the battalion standard of 90% and ensuring critical assets were available for all training exercises, including the battalions Alert Contingency Mission, Korea Viper 25.2, and Jungle Warfare Training Center exercises. IN ONLY TWO WEEKS, SERGEANT HALFMANN NOT ONLY SUPPORTED 1ST MAINTENANCE BATTALION AS ORIGINALLY PLANNED, HE ALSO LED 14 MARINES ON MAINTENANCE SUPPORT TEAMS TO 1ST AIR NAVAL GUNFIRE LIAISON COMPANY AND 1ST MARINE EXPEDITIONARY FORCE HEADQUARTERS GROUP. HE WAS THE RESPONSIBLE OFFICER FOR SEVEN MILLION DOLLARS OF MARINE CORPS ASSETS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE READINESS AND ACCOUNTABILITY INCLUDING OVER 250 DELTA TABLE OF AUTHORIZED MATERIAL CONTROL NUMBERS. - Performed his key billet and the Motor Transport Operations Chief from January through April 2024, in which resulted in (72) accident-free missions while maintaining an overall D TAMCN readiness of 97.4 percent during that time frame.
- Supervised the inventory control for tool room and On-vehicle equipment (OVE) inventories, to include all Unit Using Responsibility Items and Additional Authorized list, valued over 314,530 dollars and ensured 100 percent accuracy for the commander's wall-to-wall inspection in 2024.
- Inspected a total of (198) service requests to ensure proper closure, labor hours, and parts debriefed per FSMAO references.
