-SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT. Spearheaded 43 FTAs, resolved three CAT III CASREPs, executed 32 TSRAs, and three
C5RAs. Dedicated 726 hours to critical repairs across pivotal Combat and Engineering Systems including
DVSS, IVCS, FODMS/GEDMS, Parasense, and H2S Gas Detection Systems across 60 PACFLT Warships, directly
enhancing C3F mission readiness and improving response capabilities against escalating threats in the C5F/
C7F AOR.
-EXCEPTIONAL TRAINER. Delivered 264 hours of training to 213 Sailors, mastering SITE and CCTV System
maintenance and repairs, boosting fleet self-sufficiency. Developed six comprehensive in-rate training
modules, elevating LOK and efficiency of 13 divisional Sailors, directly augmenting operational readiness
and technical proficiency.
-COMMAND ORIENTED. Active JEA and MWR Member. Board Member for four JSOQ Boards, recognizing Sailors for
their hard work and personal achievements. Raised $7,500 over 17 fundraising events for the 2023 Command
Holiday Party, significantly increasing Sailor morale. Devoted 25 hours to community service by leading
beach and base clean-ups, enhancing community relations.
-EXCELLENT DATA. Radar Data who contributed to the completion of 120 equipment checklist, 6449 mishap-free flight operations, four large force exercises, 126 law enforcement patrols, and 9 SAR/MEDEVAC missions.
-COMMAND ORIENTED. Voted the Coalition of Sailors Against Destructive Decisions Master at Arms. He supported command morale and welfare by assisting in the planning of FACSFACâ s 1000 day DUI-free celebration by coordinating the reservation for the party and the creation of the plaque, recruiting 20 new members, and assisted with 20 meetings for 30 sailors.

PERSONALLY LED THE RESTORATION OF SHIP'S PRIMARY SURFACE SEARCH RADAR OVER A MULTI MONTH PERIOD. ESSENTIAL IN THE UPKEEP AND TROUBLESHOOTING OF H2S, PARASENSE, FIRE AND FLOODING ALARMS FOR A SUCCESFUL YARDS PERIOD AND THE START OF BASIC PHASE. OBTAINED CRITICAL TOOLS FOR MISSION READINESS AND TROUBLESHOOTING. ESSENTIAL PART OF EMERGENCY ACTIONS FOR SPS-73.
Work Center Supervisor for CE01. IC2 Lawson led her work center through two CMAVs, one TSRA, and one INSURV, all while maintaining over 95% equipment operability. She led the troubleshooting efforts that restored the Stabilized Glide Slope Indicator during operation God Hammer, ensuring the safe launching and recovery of aircraft providing direct support to ground troops in Somalia.
CE01 WORKCENTER SUPERVISOR ONBOARD USS NORMANDY. ET2 LED THE WORKCENTER AS AN OUT-OF-RATE TECHNICIAN AND NEAR-FLAWLESSLY MANAGED A TEAM OF TWO IC AND ONE ET THROUGH NORMANDY'S AVIATION CERTIFICATION AND INSURV INSPECTIONS, WHILE ALSO PERSONALLY ASSISTING WITH EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT.
CE01 WORK CENTER SUPERVISOR ONBOARD USS JUNEAU (LPD 9) FROM SEPTEMBER 2010 TO AUGUST 2013. DEMONSTRATING EXCEPTIONAL LEADERSHIP ABILITY, HE MAINTAINED A HIGHLY COMPLEX WORKCENTER OF TEN TECHNICIANS AND OVER 75 RADIOS AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS. ADDITIONALLY, HE PROVIDED 120 HOURS OF TRAINING TO FIVE TECHNICIANS WHICH WAS THE DRIVING FORCE BEHIND 2,030 HOURS OF CONTINUAL COMMUNICATIONS IN SUPPORT OF FLIGHT OPERATIONS DURING OPERATION IRAQI AND ENDURING FREEDOM.
CE DIVISION LPO ONBOARD USS JUNEAU (LPD 9) FROM JULY 2011 TO SEPTEMBER 2013. DEMONSTRATING EXCEPTIONAL LEADERSHIP ABILITY, SHE MAINTAINED FOUR HIGHLY COMPLEX WORKCENTERS OF 23 TECHNICIANS AND OVER 100 RADIOS AND RADAR SYSTEMS. ADDITIONALLY, SHE DEDICATED OVER 100 HOURS TO TRAINING THE WORK CENTER SUPERVISORS BEFORE THE RECENT INSURV INSPECTION WHICH RESULTED IN LESS THAN 10 TOTAL DISCREPANCIES ACROSS ALL FOUR WORKCENTERS.
WHILE SERVING ABOARD USS IWO JIMA AS CE01 WORK CENTER SUPERVISOR, PETTY OFFICER ERWIN SINGLE-HANDEDLY OPERATED A WORKCENTER NORMALLY POPULATED BY 10 TECHNICIANS, ENSURING ALL MAINTENANCE WAS PERFORMED AND DOCUMENTED WITH PERFECT ACCURACY. HIS EXPERTISE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL RESULTED IN SAVINGS TOTALING 20,000 DOLLARS AND UNCOUNTABLE MAN HOURS.
AS CE01 WORK CENTER SUPERVISOR ONBOARD USS THACH, PETTY OFFICER LANCASTER DEMONSTRATED EXCEPTIONAL INITIATIVE IN THE SUPERVISING AND COMPLETION OF 79 MAINTENANCE CHECKS WHILE MANAGING A 100% RAR FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST WORKCENTERS ONBOARD. HIS COMMITMENT TO HIGH QUALITY MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING OF THE HOSS CAMERA, STABILIZED GLIDESCOPE INDICATOR, FLIGHT DECK STATUS SIGNALING SYSTEM, AND WAVE OFF LIGHTS CONTRIBUTED TO OVER 300 HOURS OF SAFE FLIGHT OPERATIONS.
