***MOTIVATED LEADER PRODUCING FLEET WIDE RESULTS***
-DYNAMIC LEADER. Onboard USS KIDD AS CSOSS Area Sup he lead casualty and maintenance efforts for eleven combat systems, resulting in RIMPAC, PACDRAGON, Tactical Anti-Submarine Warfare, Surface Combatant Command Mini Wars, and OKEAN/Summer Guardian completion without serious casualty. He led five Sailors as CG04 WCS overseeing the completion of 220 maintenance checks totaling 484 man hours resulting in being awarded his first NAM granted by USS KIDD CO.
-EXPERT TECHNICIAN. Onboard USS KIDD he played a crucial role in five PAC fire events that resulted 4,500 rounds fired without incident, and in the recalibration of MK15 CIWS. During the RAPIDLY DEPLOYED EXPENDABLE SONAR Proof of Concept, he aided in loading and firing of seventy rounds of five inch experimental projectiles, resulting in most rounds of any ship who participated in the experiment. While deployed he assisted in vital corrective MK15 CIWS maintenance onboard USS STERETT leading to their continued participation in RIMPAC.
-FLEET IMPACT. As a line coach he trained 105 Sailors for USS CAPE and USS KIDD conducting a total 1,470 man hours on the M4, and M18 causing a seamless transition to required armed watch standing responsibilities. He conducted 30 hours of training of CIWS basics resulting in 10 new ESWS recipients. For increased deck watches and AT capabilities he has conducted 15 hours of training.
