CWTPI Evaluations
Ordnance Quality Assurance Safety Observer during the recent Conventional Weapons Technical Proficiency Inspection (CWTPI). Her intense efforts were directly responsible for the command receiving a perfect grade during the Conventional Weapons Technical Proficiency Inspection. Her meticulous attention to detail and demand for "top notch" workmanship proved invaluable to the command receiving a "zero discrepancy" score during the recent CWTPI.
Working outside his rate as an Ordnance Team Leader, he trained two sailors encompassing 48 man hours resulting in Patrol Squadron TWO's successful completion of CWTPI and allowing the Command to become operational.
Full Systems QAR and Ordnance Branch LPO, led 18 sailors in the completion of over 5,000 maintenance actions with the safe expenditure of 175,000 pounds of ordnance. Led his team through a successful CWRT/CWTPI. Low power turn operator trained and qualified 6 new turn operators. Led the training for VP62 and VP69 yielding qualifications of 8 QASOs, 15 TLs/TMs, and 6 CDIs.
Work Center 230 Supervisor. Successfully completed CWTPI as Team Lead with zero hits, delivering the highest score ever achieved for NAS WHIDBEY to VAQ-135. AO2 has been nominated for shift supervisor on several detachments leading to him taking on the challenges and responsibilities of a seasoned First Class Petty Officer.
Led seven instructors in the completion of 38 Conventional Release Systems Test (CRST) courses, graduating 306 qualified technicians. Oversaw the effective execution of nine Conventional Weapons Technical Proficiency Inspections (CWTPI) on the FA-18EF and F-35C, increasing the lethality of 22 Pacific Fleet Strike Fighter squadrons.
Armament weapons support equipment technician and Collateral Duty Inspector. His superb leadership and strict adherence to safety procedures led to the safe completion of over 2,500 pounds of ordnance. His superb work ethic was critical to the accomplishment of two conventional CWTPIs.
