His keen attention to detail was instrumental in correcting 11 discrepancies resulting in a reduction of $530K in carcass charges.
As Aviation Support Detachment Leading Petty Officer, he led and managed a team of 46 sailors and 3 civilians in the management of the Component Control Section and the Supply Response Section of the Aviation Support Detachment. He was responsible for the tracking, expediting, and accountability of over 5K Depot Level Repairable and 12K NMCS/PMCS requisitions valued in excess of $300M, and ensuring that over 1554 BCM and Repair and Return parts valued at over $214M were shipped out in accordance with the SOM.

Repaired and managed over 140 Coordinated Shipboard Allowance Listing (COSAL) and was recognized for having the best program on the waterfront. During Wyoming's Supply Management Inspection (SMI), LS division received "AT-STANDARDS" and was recognized by the Force LS and Force Supply Office for being the first submarine in 10 years to pass SMI on post ILO period.
As Component Control Section Leading Petty Officer, he led and trained 8 Junior Sailors in processing 3850 Depot Level Repairable in and out of the repair cycle. As DLR Carcass Manager, he maintained strict DLR management of over 386 carcasses valued at 350M, saving the Navy 250K in carcass charges.
Led personnel and assured the quality of all material processing and handling. Oversaw a pool of 313 Depot Level Repairables valued at over $9.6 million, an engine pool of five F/A-18 engines and two MH-60S engines, and a Pre-expended Bin worth over $193K in support of 26 transient squadrons and multiple NASKW tenant commands conducting basic and advanced tactical anti-air training, special warfare training, and counter drug operations. Meticulously managed the NASKW AOM budget valued in excess of $3.3 million with a 99% usage rate, while simultaneously processing fund allocations across multiple fund codes and lines of accounting.
Depot Level Repairable Manager aboard USS GRAVELY (DDG107). Maintained inventory accuracy, carcass tracking, prompt documentation and expeditious handling of over 284 DLR line items valued in excess of $5M, yielding 100% accountability and zero carcass charges for FY 17.
Logistic Specialist Representative (LSR) while at Fleet Logistic Center Souda Bay; served in a high paced out of rate assigned duty where he coordinated and provided logistic support to USS George Bush carrier strike group along with 20 naval warships, 2 submarines and 16 MSC ships, responsible for the delivery and movement of 8.4 million lbs of cargo and mission essential Casreps and processed 15 thousand transshipment and Depot level Repairable.
