Her dedication as the ESD Program manager resulted in zero hits during the Annual Maintenance Inspection (AMI) for Det One. In addition, she performed 640 scheduled and unscheduled maintenance hours on the AN/AQS-24 SONAR Towed body, leading to over 300 Tow hours and full asset availability.

As work center supervisor for 74C, he assisted in 890 hours of flawless scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on three full Q-24 systems. His knowledge and experience overseeing the ESD program resulted in 100% compliance with ESD standards and reduced damage to new and replaced parts by 95%.
