-EXPERT LOGISTICIAN. Meticulously provided support to 13 FDNF ships by coordinating 90 crane operations, 115 vehicle and 40 JLG lift requests, 45 forklifts maneuvers, and 12 CONNEX movements. As the primary visiting ship LSR, he provided top notch customer service to 13 visiting ships that was instrumental in overall Customer Service Satisfactory Survey score of 98.22%.
-MISSION FOCUSED. Processed 200 9M/1Q provision MILSTRIP orders valued at over $10M for 13 Yokosuka FDMF Homeported ships and over 45 USS/USNS Ships across INDOPACOM, resulting in the success of 2 exercises in the region. Efforts ensured no disruption in operations and multinational missions, promoting freedom of navigation and solidifying bonds across the Seventh Fleet AOR.
-EMERGING LEADER. Led 3 sailors who processed 9M/1Q orders throughout Seventh Fleet and taught 14 future LSRs resulting in 3 qualified Journeyman LSRs and an BJOY. As COR, drafted the contract, performs inspections, and ensures 18 civilian employees working 120K 9M/1Q cases are being brought onboard 13 FDNF ships. Through his supervision, the Stevedore contract is performing in accordance with contract requirements, bringing efficiency to the ships in the waterfront resulting in operational readiness for Seventh Fleet AOR.
