BRILLANT ON THE BASICS: Processed more than 500 pieces of legal correspondence, drafted signature-ready responses for the Installation Commanding Officer, and provided legal analysis to the staff judge advocate. Created a checklist and templates to streamline private organization program reducing processing times and increasing office productivity. Responsible for records management for all installation legal files.
- MISSION IMPACT: Coordinated 4 courts-martial, conducted case-law research, prepared records of trial for 3 general courts-martial, and trained a junior officer in post-trial processing. Trained more than 15 personnel on telecommunications software facilitating 10 remote court-martial sessions saving $400,000 in travel expenses.




- METICULOUS PROGRAM MANAGER. As Legal Clerk, she initiated 29 administrative separations as well as conducted four ADMIN boards resulting in 29 released billets. TECHNICAL EXPERT. Versatile and exceptionally productive as the N6 Assistant. His skills and hands-on experience made him the premier technician for headquarters during the renovation period. He coordinated the installation of three service ports, relocated 40 workstations, and replaced all multi-function devices while providing VTC technical support for 38 executive meetings, command quarters, trainings. Key asset in the command training symposium, provided support to 12 speaker presentations. Instrumentally indispensable, managed multiple trouble tickets for displaced personnel and created all new accounts for newly reported staff.




Lead by example; increased the departmental personal qualifications by 70% including Enlisted Surface Warfare and Information Warfare Specialist. Sound judgement, established relationship with RLSO Naples, Italy and RLSO Bahrain, 5th and 6th fleet with over 70 legal assistance sailors teleconference appointments. In preparation for Operation Inherent Resolve, over 800 correspondences were produced for sailors' legal readiness.

As Command Sponsor Coordinator, he drafted/processed over 80 Welcome Aboard letters/messages for PG's, ensuring a timely welcome for inbound personnel.

Embracing his new position, he implemented a much needed command routing matrix, streamlining the routing process and shortening route times from over a week to three days.

As the only trial paralegal for RLSO Det PCOLA, she efficiently assembled and maintained trial records and aided 6 attorneys during 7 courts-martial.

As Command Legal Clerk he streamlined the processing of 30 NJPs and 6 Administrative Separations and reduced processing time by 50%.

-Produced next year's N13 OPTAR budget which will maintain service to $550,000 worth of equipment and over 5,000 active duty and civilian Navy personnel.
