Also issued 450,000 gallons of JP-5 to embarked aircraft, ground support equipment and ship's Emergency Diesel Generators supporting 1,700 launch and recovery evolutions in support of BOXER's rigorous training cycle for the 2024 combat deployment.
- EXPERT TRAINER. As ADTT member, he trained 47 sailors in 24 Fuel System Casualty and Aviation Firefighting drills, increasing Air Department's overall readiness. Additionally his knowledge of aviation fuels systems was critical to ensure the completion of 355 preventative and corrective maintenance actions, accounting for 512 man-hours, yielding 94% periodic accomplishment rating.

LPO for FLCSD Fuels (83473). ABF1 Renteria supervised 21 SELRES members; 13 CAI, 6 CAO, and 3 IAP members 7 local members.
During AT, PO1 Renteria managed her team for a total 784-man hours. 696,761 gallons of JP-5 was issued while performing hot and cold missions (valued at $9,057,893.00), 383 gallons of diesel fuel issued ($4,979.00), 31 gallons of mogas ($169.00). Three quarterly 4-day IDTTs were conducted involving 8 CAI and 5 local SELRES supporting NAS Lemoore 32 tenant commands and 3 CAGs. Totaling of 47,045 gallons of JP5 issued ($611,585) and provided 396-man hours.
Additional mission support during RIMPAC 2022; PO1 DIRECTED 3 CAI Sailors providing 280-man hours while cohesively engaged with active-duty component.
As Career Counselor PO1 Renteria successfully administrated, 2 CAI members advanced to PO2; 1 CAI member advanced to PO3. 2 onboarding CDBs and 3 EVALS/FITREPs each for three E6, three E5 and two E4.




EXTREMELY STRONG WORK EITHIC. His high focus and attention to detail has placed him as one of the top distributors of JAA and JP, issuing 361,937 gallons of JAA fuel for an estimated cost of $1,125,000 to help with air operations. His professional demeanor and willingness to supervise and train personnel allowed him to maintain a high morale standard in the fuel farm environment.

HE ACTIVELY SUPERVISED THE SUCCESSFUL ISSUE OF 750,000 GALLONS OF JP5 DURING USS BATAAN'S MED SURGE 2011. HE ACCURATELY TRACKED OVER 600 MAINTENANCE ACTIONS AND OVERSAW THE REINSTALLMENT OF 16 FLIGHTDECK HOSES, RESTORING V-4 FUELS DIVISION TO 100% OPERATIONAL READINESS THROUGHOUT THE DEPLOYMENT.

Petty Officer Chosin's efforts contributed significantly to the receipt and issue of over 10 million gallons of fuel under all conditions including high tempo contingency operations.

ABF2 Chosin provided over 200 hours of technical fuels training to his unit in preparation for a highly successfull Command ULTRA certification.

Petty Officer Banks trained and qualified six engineers in the safe operation of the station's fuels systems including JP-8, JP-5, AV-Gas, hot pit refueling site, VQ-4 refueling site, mogas and diesel fuel station, and the synthetic reclamation system.

Volunteered and prepared 25,000 gallons of potable water to be distributed to affected areas of Japan during Operation Tomodachi.

ABF2 led a NCHB-11 fuels team of 7 personnel to successfully complete the expeditionary fuels operations course at the Advanced Petroleum and Water Department at Fort Lee, Virginia.

As Training Petty Officer, he developed an all-inclusive training program, and prepared and delivered more than 200 hours of training that resulted in an outstanding IG inspection with zero discrepancies.

She played a vital role in the safe tranfer of over 25,000,000 gallons of various types of fuel and directly ensured the safe hot refueling of 525 aircraft.

ABF2 Simmons contributed significantly to over 200 successful aircraft handling evolutions by revising A/C spotting plans, arranging regular FOD walk downs, and refurbishing Assault Landing Zone markers. As the most experienced, he trained 6 personnel on Naval Aviation Safety Center Air terminal representative procedures which increased the qualification rate by 50% and enhanced scheduling flexibility while maintaining zero aviation mishaps.
