Aviation Support (AS) Evals
Led the turn-around of Workcenter 92A and increased production readiness by 35 percent. Led 20 technicians in the completion of 1080 scheduled and unscheduled maintenance actions. Directly contributed to a 95 percent Ready-for-Issue rate supporting 18 F/A-18 Strike Fighter Squadrons. As division Fire Marshal, performed periodic maintenance actions on 44 fire suppression bottles, 20 building fire alarms, and executed four fire drills, ensuring 100 percent compliance with NAS Oceana's fire safety standards.
LEADERSHIP EXCELLENCE. Hand selected to lead 7 Sailors onboard USS MAKIN ISLAND during ARG/MEU EX and CERTEX ISO 2020 WESTPAC deployment resulting in 46 in-rate and 58 shipboard qualifications ensuring superb mission readiness. Her meticulous supervision as Collateral Duty Inspector across six work centers guaranteed 152 SE maintenance actions complied with NAMP procedures resulting in a 20% backlog reduction and a 93% RFI rate.
DEDICATED TO MISSION. As a CRT member, she oversaw the facilitation of ESB-5's first Command Climate Survey managing four focus groups to foster an atmosphere of of acceptance in compliance with the Navy's EO program and resulting in 100% command participation. As Assistant Dept TPO she assigned and tracked the completion of 640 GMTs for 32 Sailors ensuring 100% completion for FY20 and FY21.
COMMAND INFLUENCE. As SAPR VA provided 10 hours of training during Command INDOC to 42 Sailors resulting in zero incidents reported and trained two additional SAPR VA, meeting 100% command manning requirements. As a SCPOA member she provided training to 40 individuals in effort to increase sailorization and command cohesion as well as assisted with 8 events directly impacting morale of 3k embarked personnel.
Outstanding Supervisor. Led 42 Airmen and 3 Sailors in the completion of 325 maintenance actions on 20 models of Aerospace Ground Equipment directly contributing to the 33rd MXS 93% availability rate. Continuously supported detached operations for weapons testing, carrier qualifications, and developmental testing.
SUPPORT EQUIPMENT EXPERT. IM-4 Division Leading Petty Officer. Led 51 Sailors in the completion of 4,800 maintenance actions totaling 6, 300 man-hours, increasing the "Ready For Issue" status by 40 percent in support of CVW-7.
EXCEPTIONAL LEADER. As repair 1F Unit Locker Leader, PO1/2/3 trained 15 Sailors in damage assessment and repair techniques, receiving a grade of "Outstanding" on 22 Afloat Training Group scenarios. Led PT sessions, decreasing PFA failures by ten percent.
Goal-oriented. Initiated training of work center personnel and devoted numerous hours expediting training of command personnel on SE forms in Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS), making the transition to the new system safe and smooth.
OUTSTANDING MANAGER AND ORGANIZER. Led and coordinated 36 Sailors in the transportation and onload of 530 newly re-worked IMRL/COSAL assets. His/Her actions assured AIMD's smooth transition from shipyard environment to a deployable status including a successful Tailored Ship's Training Availability/Final Evaluation Problem and COMPTUEX.
She played a vital role in the support equipment rehabilitation project with 20,344 man-hours directly leading to the successful overhaul of 1,750 major items of SE and AWSE and completed the project two months ahead of schedule saving the Navy 1.2 million dollars during rework 2012.
- Mission oriented. As the only First Class qualified Safe for Flight, he/she provided flexibility to Maintenance Control by providing relief and releasing over XX aircraft. Additionally, he/she assisted Maintenance Control in the coordination of nine workcenters and management of over XXX scheduled inspections on twelve FA-18C aircraft. His/Her efforts contributed significantly to the squadron's XX% SCR during an extended deployment.

His/Her relentless approach in attacking an endless Phase Inspection backlog provided a steady flow of Mission Capable aircraft that were essential in meeting the high tempo operations inherent to fleet squadron and achieving the command's XX,000 accident free flight hours.
- Involved and innovative. Superbly focused limited manpower and resources to significantly streamline 56-Day Special Inspections. His/Her expertise resulted in an impressive 1.3-day turnaround time, positively impacting squadron readiness by reducing aircraft down time by XX percent.

His/Her expert leadership and managerial skills resulted in the expeditious completion of over XXX Technical Directives, XXX Corrosion Prevention/Treatment maintenance actions, and XXX Special Inspections, despite reduced manning levels and end of year funding constraints. His/Her total dedication to mission accomplishment enabled the squadron to meet all operational commitments during an extended combat deployment.
Lead 4 sailors in the meticulous inventory and upkeep of *15 flight packets, ensuring 100% flight packet availability at all times. She procured, tracked and issued 1120 pieces of flight deck clothing and foul weather gear valued at $125K in support of two forward deployed detachments and 10 maintenance work centers, increasing overall command wellness. She streamlined the custody card record process for all maintenance personnel increasing the issue productivity record accuracy of the supply department.
