PETTY OFFICER AUBLE PROVIDED SUPERB LEADERSHIP AND OVERSIGHT TO SEVEN WORK CENTERS AND 270 PERSONNEL IN THE PROPER CARE AND MANAGEMENT OF 2300 PIECES OF AIRCRAFT SUPPORT EQUIPMENT VALUED AT OVER 8 MILLION DOLLARS. HIS DILIGENT EFFORTS RESULTED IN A 30% INCREASE TO 99.99% READY FOR USE/ISSUE (RFU/I) INDIVIDUAL MATERIAL READINESS. DEMONSTRATING EXEMPLARY LEADERSHIP, HE SUPERBLY ORCHESTRATED THE COMPLETION OF 4,277 MAINTENANCE ACTIONS SUSTAINING A 99 PERCENT AVAILABLILITY RATE THROUGHOUT A SUCCESSFUL 2014-2015 WESTERN PACIFIC DEPLOYMENT IN SUPPORT OF OPERATION XXXXXXXXXX. DISPLAYING RARE MANAGERIAL ACUMEN, HE COORDINATED THE EFFORTS OF 72 WORK CENTERS WHICH PROCESSED 4,562 REPAIRABLE ITEMS AND YIELDED 100 PECENT ACCOUNTABILITY OF AMMRL ASSETS DURING PRE-SMART OFFLOAD EVOLUTION. MATERIAL CONTROL SUPERVISOR FOR PATROL SQUADRON TWO SIX FROM FEBRUARY 2016 TO OCTOBER 2017. DEMONSTRATING METICULOUS ATTENTION TO DETAIL, IN DIRECT SUPPORT OF FIFTH AND SEVENTH FLEET AREAS OF OPERATIONS, SHE WAS A MAJOR FACTOR IN SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONS FLEET WIDE DURING THE DEPLOYMENT. WHILE DEPLOYED, PETTY OFFICER BLAKE SUPERVISED SEVEN SAILORS IN THE PROCUREMENT OF 1,566 NON MISSION CAPABLE SUPPLY ITEMS AND PARTIAL MISSION CAPABLE SUPPLY ACQUISITIONS VALUED AT MORE THAN 20 MILLON DOLLARS. HAND SELECTED AS AMMRL MANAGER, SHE MANAGED 426 SUPPORT EQUIPMENT END ITEMS VALUED AT OVER 10 MILLION DOLLARS WITH ZERO DISCREPANCIES AND ELIMINATED MAINTENANCE DELAYS DUE TO PARTS OR EQUIPMENT. PETTY OFFICER CARLA PLAYED A KEY ROLE IN THE COMPLETION OF 14 MAJOR PHASE INSPECTIONS, 184 SPECIAL INSPECTIONS, AND 1,550 MAINTENANCE ACTIONS LEADING TO TWO SUCCESSFUL DEPLOYMENTS ABOARD THE USS LEYTE GULF (CG-55) AND USS FORREST SHERMAN (DDG-98), CONTRIBUTING TO 1670 MISHAP-FREE FLIGHT HOURS IN SUPPORT OF FIFTH AND SIXTH FLEET TASKINGS. AS DETACHMENT PROGRAM MONITOR FOR AMMRL, METCAL, COMPASS CALIBRATION, PLANE CAPTAIN, AND ESD, HER ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND COUNTLESS OFF-DUTY HOURS LED TO 35 ON TRACK AND FIVE NMA PROGRAMS RESULTING IN A GRADE OF "ON-TRACK" DURING THE COMMAND'S AMI INSPECTION, SETTING A NEW BENCHMARK FOR THE WING. PETTY OFFICER CARLA'S EXCEPTIONAL PROFFESIONALISM, INITIATIVE AND SELFLESS DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HERSELF AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
