HIS EXTRAORDINARY FORESIGHT AND DEDICATION TO THE MISSION PROVED TO BE THE DRIVING FORCE IN THE COMPLETION OF OVER 2,900 MAINTENANCE ACTIONS AND AN IMPRESSIVE GRADE OF ON TRACK DURING THE LAST FOUR COMHSMWINGPAC INSPECTIONS. HE ROUTINELY SERVED AS A STRONG EXAMPLE OF A WELL-ROUNDED NONCOMMISSIONED OFFICER FOR OTHERS TO EMULATE. SERGEANT FUENTES WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN THE BREAK-DOWN, BUILD-UP, AND TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY OF TWO CH-53ES TO OKINAWA, JAPAN.
