ADDITIONALLY, AS THE OI ELECTRONIC KEY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM LOCAL ELEMENT, HE WAS DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR A VARIETY OF CLASSIFIED MATERIAL AND ACHIEVED A CUMULATIVE SCORE OF 99 PERCENT ON MULTIPLE SPOT CHECKS. MOREOVER, AS OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT DAMAGE CONTROL PETTY OFFICER, HE ACCOMPLISHED OVER 500 MAINTENANCE CHECKS WHICH CONTRIBUTED TO RUSHMORE'S PASSING SCORE DURING ITS 2016 DCMA EVALUATION. DURING THIS PERIOD, PETTY OFFICER SEAMAN PERFORMED HIS DEMANDING DUTIES IN AN EXEMPLARY AND HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. DISPLAYING EXCEPTIONAL ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND THE ABILITY TO ANTICIPATE, PLAN, TRAIN, AND EXECUTE TASKS, HE WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN ENSURING THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF MISSION READINESS. DURING THIS PERIOD, PETTY OFFICER JOHNSON DISTINGUISHED HIMSELF IN AN EXEMPLARY AND HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. WHILE SERVING AS COMBAT INFORMATION CENTER WATCH SUPERVISOR, HE MAINTAINED A DILIGENT WATCH OVER SIX JUNIOR OPERATIONS SPECIALISTS ENSURING THAT THE TACTICAL ACTION OFFICER WAS FULLY AWARE OF THE NAVIGATION AND SURFACE PICTURE AT ALL TIMES WHILE OPERATING IN THE NAVCENT AND AFRICOM AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY. ADDITIONALLY, AS DEPARTMENTAL CAREER COUNSELOR, HE MANAGED THREE DIVISIONAL COUNSELORS WHO MANAGED A TOTAL OF 62 PERSONNEL AND MAINTAINED AN UNPRECEDENTED ONE HUNDRED PERCENT RETENTION THROUGHOUT THE DEPARTMENT. AS TRAINING TEAM COORDINATOR FOR THE COMBAT SYSTEMS, SEAMANSHIP, AND INTEGRATED TRAINING TEAMS, HE TRAINED OVER 85 PERSONNEL AND PREPARED ALL MINE WARFARE (MIW), COMBAT SYSTEMS, AND OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATION REQUIRMENTS FOR ULTRA-S WITH ZERO DISCREPANCIES.
