DURING THIS PERIOD, PETTY OFFICER OLMOS LED THREE JUNIOR SAILORS DURING A DEPLOYMENT TO BAGRAM, AFGHANISTAN IN SUPPORT OF OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM AND SUPPORTED 170 COMBAT SORTIES WITH 740 FLIGHT HOURS AND ONE HUNDRED PERCENT MISSION COMPLETION RATE, HELPING TO EARN COMMANDER, NAVAL AIR FORCE RESERVE (CNAFR) SQUADRON OF THE YEAR. ADDITIONALLY, HE MANAGED THREE SAILORS IN THE UPKEEP AND TRANSFER OF FOUR EA6B AIRCRAFT AND WAS A KEY COMPONENT IN THE TRANSITION TO EA-18G AIRCRAFT, RECEIVING FIVE AIRCRAFT AND EIGHT F414-GE-400 ENGINES AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT AND RECEIVING A GRADE OF "ON TRACK" DURING THE CNAF INSPECTION. FURTHER, WHILE SERVING AS CTPL, HE MAINTAINED A LIBRARY OF 1269 TECHNICAL PUBLICATIONS AND TECHNICAL DATA SHEETS AND PROVIDED TRAINING FOR 35 DTPL AND WORK CENTER SUPERVISORS, IMPROVING REFERENCE ACCURACY BY FOURTY PERCENT. PETTY OFFICER OLMOS' SUPERLATIVE PERFORMANCE, STEADFAST PERSEVERANCE AND OUTSTANDING DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIM AND UPHELD THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.

IN ADDITION, AZ3 ROCHESTER'S SUPERB ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND OUTSTANDING ATTENTION TO DETAIL LED TO HER SELECTION AS STRIKE FIGHTER SQUADRON TWO ZERO FOUR BLUE JACKET OF THE YEAR. PETTY OFFICER BRIAN COATS METICULOUSLY MANAGED AND TRACKED OVER 21,400 MAINTENANCE PUBLICATIONS, INCORPORATED 70 CRITICAL INTERIM RAPID ACTION CHANGES AND ROUTED 39 TECHNICAL DIRECTIVES RESULTING IN ZERO DISCREPANCIES DURING HM-15'S 2021 AVIATION MAINTENANCE INSPECTION AND EARNED A BRAVO ZULU FROM THE INSPECTION TEAM. BY HIS DISTINCTIVE ACCOMPLISHMENTS, DETERMINATION, AND SELFLESS DEDICATION TO DUTY, PETTY OFFICER COATS REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND UPHELD THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.

PRODUCING SUPERIOR AND ACCURATE MAINTENANCE MANUALS MONTHS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE, CHIEF HEALY REDUCED THE LOGISTICS FOOTPRINT OF 16 EP-3 AIRCRAFT ACROSS TWO COMMANDS.
