Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) Coordinator
PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT IN THE SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE OF HER DUTIES WHILE SERVING ONBOARD NAVAL BRANCH HEALTH CLINIC KINGS BAY, GEORGIA FROM SEPTEMBER 2018 TO JANUARY 2021. DURING THIS PERIOD, AS REGIONAL EFMP COORDINATOR, SHE MANAGED 1,347 ACTIVE EFMP CASES AND COORDINATED WITH A VARIETY OF BASE AGENCIES TO ENSURE ALL MEMBER FAMILIES RECEIVED APPROPRIATE ASSIGNMENTS TO GUARANTEE THE HIGHEST QUALITY MEDICAL CARE AVAILABLE ANYWHERE. ADDITIONALLY, AS WORK CENTER SUPERVISOR, SHE OVERSAW THE DAILY OPERATION OF TWO CLINICS AND GUIDED 21 PERSONNEL IN DELIVERING CARE FOR 8,450 PATIENTS A YEAR AND ACHIEVING THE NAVY'S GOAL OF FIELDING A COMBAT READY NAVAL FORCE. PETTY OFFICER HOOLIHAN'S EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONALISM AND SELFLESS DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HERSELF AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
