I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank you for your dedication as a Navy Enlisted Leader Development Course Facilitator on Naval Station Mayport, Florida. You are a selfless leader devoted to the personal and professional development of our Sailors!

You personally delivered three in-person Navy Enlisted Leader Development Courses to 44 students across the Jacksonville, Mayport, and King's Bay Tri-Base area. The courses you facilitated focused on Leadership and Management, Communication Skills, Mentorship, Ethical Decision Making, and Strategic Thinking. Your efforts were vital in preparing our leaders for their future roles, equipping them with the tools to manage their Sailors and resources more effectively and take on increased responsibilities.

CHIEF DAWSON'S SUPERLATIVE PERFORMANCE IN THE CLASSROOM LED TO HER SELECTION AS THE NAVAL LEADERSHIP AND ETHICS COMMAND (NLEC) DAM NECK ENLISTED LEADER DEVELOPMENT FACILITATOR OF THE YEAR, FISCAL YEAR 2022. HER STEADFAST DEVOTION TO THE MORAL AND ETHICAL DEVELOPMENT OF SAILORS AND EXCEPTIONAL SKILL IN FACILITATION TECHNIQUES EXEMPLIFIED NLEC'S CORE MISSION OF CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT.




AS ENLISTED LEADER DEVELOPMENT FACILITATOR, HE LED AND FACILITATED NINE ENLISTED LEADER DEVELOPMENT COURSES THAT GRADUATED 227 STUDENTS AND IMPROVED ADVANCEMENT READINESS. ADDITIONALLY, AS MARITIME PREPOSITIONING FORCE DIVISION LEADING CHIEF PETTY OFFICER, HE OVERSAW THE SAFE COMPLETION OF MORE THAN 150 EVOLUTIONS TO INCLUDE REFUELING, PAX TRANSFERS, MIDSHIPMAN HARBOR TOURS, PROTRAMID, AND CONTRIBUTED TO THE SUCCESS OF RESOLUTE DRAGON. FURTHER, AS PUBLIC AFFAIRS OFFICER, HE DOCUMENTED MORE THAN 100 COMMAND EVENTS.




AS THE ENLISTED LEADER DEVELOPMENT COURSE TRAINING LEAD FOR 389 SAILORS FROM E-3 TO E-6, EVALUATED SAILORS AND ESTABLISHED THEIR ELIGIBILITY FOR PROMOTION TO THE NEXT RANK. IN ADDITION, SHE ESTABLISHED A FEMALE ONLY MENTORSHIP GROUP, INCLUDING OTHER BATTALIONS, TO IMPROVE COMMAND CLIMATE AND FORCE COHESIVENESS.




MERITORIOUS SERVICE WHILE SERVING AS AVIATION FUELS DEPARTMENT LEADING CHIEF PETTY OFFICER AT NAVSUP FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER, NORFOLK FROM AUGUST 2019 TO JULY 2022. DEMONSTRATING EXCEPTIONAL LEADERSHIP AND MANAGERIAL ABILITY, SENIOR CHIEF MALLORY LED OVER 200 PERSONNEL IN THE SAFE DELIVERY OF MORE THAN TWO MILLION GALLONS OF JP-5 DURING 73,000 REFUELING EVOLUTIONS TO SUPPORT 18 FIGHTER SQUADRONS. HIS EFFORTS SIGNIFICANTLY CONTRIBUTED TO A 99% SORTIE COMPLETION RATE AND TWO CARRIER DEPLOYMENTS. ADDITIONALLY, HE ESTABLISHED THE VERY FIRST SAILOR 360 ENLISTED LEADER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM ONBOARD TO MENTOR AND DEVELOP 327 SAILORS. SENIOR CHIEF MALLORY'S PERSONAL INITIATIVE AND LOYAL DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
