HIS LEADERSHIP OF 13 JOINT SERVICE ANALYSTS WAS CRITICAL DURING MOMSEN'S 2020 DEPLOYMENT RESULTING IN THE TIMELY AND ACCURATE IDENTIFICATION OF HIGH INTEREST VESSELS AND THE RELEASE OF MORE THAN 10,000 PRODUCT REPORTS.
