DURING THIS PERIOD, SHE SUPPORTED COMMAND AND OVERALL MISSION SUCCESS BY LEADING SEVEN CIVILIAN AND 12 MILITARY PERSONNEL IN THE PROCESSING AND CLASSIFICATION OF 234 FUTURE SAILORS, INCLUDING 12 NUCLEAR ENGINEERS, 9 SPECIAL WARFARE, AND 15 RESERVISTS. ADDITIONALLY, BY HER MENTORSHIP AND COACHING, 40 PERCENT OF SITE PERSONNEL WERE ENROLLED IN AND ATTENDING COLLEGE, 20 PERCENT ADVANCED TO THE NEXT RANK, AND 88 PERCENT CONTINUED THEIR NAVAL SERVICE. UNDER THE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM SHE MENTORED FIVE SAILORS WHO RECEIVED NUMEROUS ACCOLADES TO INCLUDE MEPS LIAISON OF THE QUARTER AND NUMEROUS RECRUITING AWARDS FOR MAKING AND EXCEEDING MONTHLY GOALS. FURTHER, AS THE COMMAND SEXUAL ASSAULT PREVENTION AND RESPONSE PROGRAM COORDINATOR AND VICTIM ADVOCATE, SHE PROVIDED TRAINING AND SUPPORT FOR 170 OFFICERS, ENLISTED MEMBERS, AND CIVILIANS. HER DEDICATION TO THE PROGRAM AND FREQUENT TRAINING DIRECTLY RESULTED IN GREATER AWARENESS OF THE SAPR PROCESSES AND THE COMMAND ONLY SUFFERING ONE INCIDENT DURING HER TENURE.
