DURING THIS PERIOD, PETTY OFFICER BRUCE WAYNE DEDICATED MORE THAN 450 TRAINING HOURS TO QUALIFYING SEVEN SAILORS ON OPERATION OF THE MK28 EXTENDED CARGO TRUCK, 12K FORKLIFT, 25K ROUGH TERRAIN CONTAINER HANDLER, AND KALMAR CONTAINER HANDLER. IN ADDITION, AS THE CONVOY COMMANDER IN SUPPORT OF CONVOY OPERATIONS, HE DEMONSTRATED FORESIGHT AND A HIGH REGARD FOR SAFETY WHILE OVERSEEING THE MOVEMENT OF NINE PIECES OF CIVIL ENGINEERING SUPPORT EQUIPMENT AND SIX CONTAINERS FROM CHEATHAM ANNEX, VIRGINIA TO FORT EUSTIS AND BACK FOR A COMBINED TOTAL OF 31 MILES, RESULTING IN A MISHAP FREE EVOLUTION AND AN INCREASE IN BATTALION OPERATIONAL READINESS. PETTY OFFICER WAYNE'S EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCE, SKILLFUL INSTRUCTION, AND LOYAL DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED GREAT CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT IN THE SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE OF HIS DUTIES WHILE SERVING AS LEADING PETTY OFFICER OF NAVY CARGO HANDLING BATTALION FIVE CARGO TERMINAL COMPANY BRAVO FROM FEBRUARY 2018 TO OCTOBER 2022. PETTY OFFICER SAVILLE LED OVER 50 SAILORS TO ENSURE CRITICAL MISSION SUPPORT DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC. HE OVERCAME OBSTACLES TO TRAINING AND MISSION ACCOMPLISHMENT DURING THE PANDEMIC BY ADOPTING NEW METHODS OF COORDINATION VIA ELECTRONIC MEANS TO ENSURE CONTINUOUS HIGH UNIT MOBILIZATION READINESS. DURING THE 2019 TRAINEX, PETTY OFFICER SAVILLE SIGNED OFF ON 421 LINE ITEMS AND WAS THE TACTICAL OPERATIONS CENTER REPRESENTATIVE FOR A 70 MILE CONVOY, RESULTING IN A SAFE AND EFFICIENT TRAINING EVOLUTION. ADDITIONALLY, AS ASSISTANT EXW COORDINATOR, HE TAUGHT 21 COURSES AND SIGNED OFF ON OVER 300 LINE ITEMS, LEADING TO INCREASED READINESS AND QUALIFIED SAILORS PREPARED FOR DEPLOYMENT. FINALLY, DURING THE 2021 ANNUAL TRAINING, HE SERVED AS A TRUSTED TEAM LEAD AND AMPLIFIED UNIT CAPABILITIES. DURING THIS PERIOD, PETTY OFFICER EGGHEAD PERFORMED HIS DEMANDING DUTIES IN A HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL MANNER BY MOVING 500 CONTAINERS AND 250 VEHICLES. TO MEET MISSION REQUIREMENTS, PETTY OFFICER EGGHEAD DEVELOPED A ROTATION SCHEDULE THAT ENSURED THE ROTATION OF QUALIFIED PERSONNEL IN ORDER TO COMPLETE OPERATION CHILI PEPPER IN THE ALLOTTED 24 HOUR PERIOD. PETTY OFFICER EGGHEAD'S EFFORTS TO ORGANIZE THE TASK AND PROVIDE TIRELESS PHYSICAL LABOR WAS PARAMOUNT IN COMPLETING THE OPERATION IN LESS THAN THE TIME ALLOTTED AND AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. FURTHER, A SAVINGS OF OVER 20,000 DOLLARS IN CIVILIAN LABOR SUPPORT WAS REALIZED DUE TO THE DIRECT INPUT FROM PETTY OFFICER EGGHEAD. PETTY OFFICER EGGHEAD'S LEADERSHIP, PERSONAL INITIATIVE, AND UNSWERVING DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIM AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE MARINE CORPS AND THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
FOR OUTSTANDING MERITORIOUS SERVICE WHILE SERVING AS COMMAND MASTER CHIEF AT NAVY CARGO HANDLING BATTALION EIGHT LAKEHURST, NEW JERSEY FROM OCTOBER 2012 TO SEPTEMBER 2016. MASTER CHIEF KRIEGER WAS DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY AND MANAGEMENT OF 273 ENLISTED SAILORS ASSIGNED TO THREE STATES AND FIVE NAVAL OPERATIONAL SUPPORT CENTERS. MASTER CHIEF KRIEGER SUCCESSFULLY ACCOMPLISHED MULTIPLE INSPECTIONS AND PROGRAM REVIEWS WITH LIMITED STAFFING TO INCLUDE: MANAGEMENT ASSIT VISIT, 3M NECC PROGRAM INSPECTION, AND UNIT LEVEL TRAINING AND ASSESMENT WITH OUTSTANDING RESULTS. ADDITIONALLY, AS THE COMMAND MASTER CHIEF (CMDCM), HE OVERSAW AND COORDINATED TWO CHANGE OF COMMANDS, FOUR RETIREMENT CEREMONIES, AND HOSTED MULTIPLE VISITS FROM THE SECOND NAVY EXPEDITIONARY LOGISTICS REGIMENT (2ND NELR) COMMODORE AND NAVELSG UNIT COMMANDER. MASTER CHIEF KRIEGER'S SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE, INSPIRING DEVOTION TO DUTY, AND DEDICATED SERVICE REFLECTED GREAT CREDIT UPON HIM AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.

DURING THIS PERIOD, PETTY OFFICER REYNOLDS HELPED ORCHESTRATE THE CAMP CONSTRUCTION AND SIGNIFICANTLY IMPACTED ITS OPERATIONAL FUNCTIONABILITY. HE ASSISTED WITH THE SUPERVISION OF 40 TEAM MEMBERS WHILE MOVING 18 PIECES OF CIVIL ENGINEERING SUPPORT EQUIPMENT AND 72 CONTAINERS TO THE TRAINING AREA. IN ADDITION, HE OVERSAW THE TEAM SETTING UP 42 TENTS AND ASSEMBLING OVER 300 COTS FOR UNIT MEMBERS. MOREOVER, AS THE SOLE CONSTRUCTION ELECTRICIAN, HE ASSUMED RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE OPERATION OF OVER ONE MILLION DOLLARS WORTH OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT. HE LED A SIX MEMBER TEAM THROUGH THE UNLOADING, PLACEMENT, WIRING, AND OPERATIONAL TESTING OF ALL GENERATORS AND AIR CONDITIONER UNITS WITHIN THE CAMP AND SURROUNDING AREAS, FACILITATING UNIT OPERATIONAL READINESS AND PRODUCTIVE TRAINING DURING THE EXERCISE. PETTY OFFICER RODRIGUEZ DEMONSTRATED STEADFAST LEADERSHIP IN PROVIDING A SELF SUFFICIENT CARGO HANDLING SUPPORT ELEMENT TO DLA DISTRIBUTION NORFOLK IN ORDER TO ASSIST DLA CIVILIAN STEVADORE STAFF WITH THE OFFLOAD OF MV OCEAN GIANT VESSEL ASSIGNED THE PACER GOOSE ANNUAL AIR FORCE REPLENISHMENT MISSION. HE EFFICIENTLY DIRECTED MULTIPLE PERSONNEL AND VEHICLES IN COMPLETING THE ONE HUNDRED PERCENT OFFLOAD DAYS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE, SAVING THE NAVY OVER 65,000 DOLLARS. MOREOVER, HE CONTINUED TRAINING DURING DOWN TIME RESULTING IN 15 PQS AND 70 EXW SIGNATURES, RAISING BATTALION READINESS AND EXPANDING CAPABILITIES. PETTY OFFICER RODRIGUEZ'S MANAGERIAL ABILITY, PERSONELL INITATIVE, AND UNSWERVING DEVOTION TO DUTY RELECTED CREDIT UPON HIM, AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST STANDARDS AND TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
ACTING LEADING CHIEF PETTY OFFICER AND LEADING PETTY OFFICER (LPO) FOR NAVAL CARGO HANDLING BATTALION EIGHT (NCHB-8), CARGO TERMINAL COMPANY (CTC), FORT DIX, NEW JERSEY FROM OCTOBER 2009 TO JUNE 2013. PETTY OFFICER COLE DISPLAYED SUPERIOR INITIATIVE, DURING THE BATTALION REORGANIZATION BY RETOOLING A SURFACE COMPANY TO A CTC AND WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN INCREASING THE TRAINING AND READINESS OF THE CTC FROM 0 TO 100 PERCENT WHICH INCREASED THE BATTALION'S READINESS BY 10 PERCENT AND ENABLED NCHB-8 TO EARN THEIR "READY FOR MOBILIZATION" CERTIFICATION. BY HIS EXCEPTIONAL ABILITY, PERSONAL INITIATIVE AND TOTAL DEDICATION TO DUTY, PETTY OFFICER COLE REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND UPHELD THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
