RSU LPO, acting LCPO/Unit CO (1 month)- Attends monthly leadership brief and briefs the unit at morning and afternoon quarters. Leads over 60 sailors during drill weekends ensuring individual mobilization readiness. Is an active participant in Sailor 360. He prepared two short notice evaluations for junior sailors to ensure their eligibility to take the advancement exam.

VR-59-2nd Load Master on C-40 aircraft. NATOPS reserve ALPO. Leads 17 NATOPS reserve personnel during drill weekend insuring all NATOPS training and qualification requirements are met. Tracks the qualification of over 50 command aircrewman. Trained and qualified two naval aircrewman and one EAWS.

Unit Watch Bill Coordinator - Completed two watch bills for RSU which covered 24 quarter watch shifts ensuring no unauthorized people were allowed to enter the facility.

Unit Sponsor - Sponsored 13 new check ins to RSU insuring a seamless transition and affiliation to the Navy reserves and to RSU. Insured a 100% completion rate for new gain checklists and indoc participation.

Unit Muster PO - Insured the timely matter of inputting muster status for over 60 personnel and the completion and summation of three drill correction letters resulting in the timely pay for all RSU sailors.

Unit Training PO - Worked with NMRTC to have three sailors attend stretcher training. Oversees the completion of all RSU sailors in completing required GMTs, Zipserve, EDM, health and fitness training. Administered training to over 35 sailors on the proper use of social media and rules and regulations regarding political activism.
