HIS ACTIONS RESULTED IN THE SAFE TRANSPORTATION OF AMMUNITION AND EXPLOSIVES TO NINE DIFFERENT RANGES AND FACILITATED THE SUCCESSFUL TRAINING OF 166 MARINES IN 203 EMPLOYMENT, ROCKET EMPLOYMENT, M67 FRAGMENTATION EMPLOYMENT, DAY AND NIGHT LIVE FIRE SQUAD ATTACKS, CLOSE QUARTER COMBAT, DAY AND NIGHT LIVE FIRE PLATOON ATTACKS, MOUT, AND A BATTALION EXERCISE. IN ADDITION, HE DEMONSTRATED TRUE LEADERSHIP BY COORDINATING WORKING PARTIES, PULLING AMMUNITION, RETURNING AMMUNITION, AND POLICING DUNNAGE, ALL WHILE OPERATING INDEPENDENTLY. AS WEAPONS PETTY OFFICER, PETTY OFFICER HAMPTON STREAMLINED THE QUALIFICATION AND CERTIFICATION AND EXPLOSIVES SAFETY PROGRAM RESULTING IN A SATISFACTORY GRADE OF 100 PERCENT COMPLIANCE ON NSA'S EXPLOSIVES SAFETY INSPECTION WHILE MAINTAINING 100 PERCENT ACCOUNTABILITY AND INVENTORY OF 120,000 ROUNDS OF AMMUNITION. AS THE WEAPONS OFFICER DURING THE 2012-2013 KUWAIT DEPLOYMENT, PETTY OFFICER MASHORE MANAGED, TRAINED AND MENTORED 17 ARMORY PERSONNEL AND 69 BOAT DET PERSONNEL, QUALIFYING ALL PERSONNEL AS CLEARING BARREL SUPERVISOR AND 10 DUTY ARMORERS TO SUPPORT THE FLY AWAY TEAM MISSION TO UNITED ARAB EMIRATES. DURING THE CORIVRON TWO MERGER, HE METICULOUSLY MANAGED THE CONSOLIDATION OF 2.5 MILLION DOLLARS WORTH OF FORMER RIVRON TWO AND MAREXSECRON TWO WEAPONS, OPTICS, AND AA&E EQUIPMENT INTO CORIVRON TWO'S FOUR COMPANIES. DURING THIS PERIOD, PETTY OFFICER RESHAW MANAGED THE RECEIPT, INVENTORY AND EXPENDITURE OF OVER 155,000 ROUNDS OF ORDNANCE, ENSURING MOBILE BAY MAINTAINED AN OVER 90 PERCENT MISSION LOAD OUT FOR TWO JCSSG DEPLOYMENTS IN SUPPORT OF OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM. IN ADDITION, SHE DIRECTED THE EFFORTS OF 310 SAILORS THROUGH THREE MISHAP FREE AMMUNITION ON/OFF-LOAD EVOLUTIONS. HER SUPERB EFFORT RESULTED IN USS MOBILE BAY RECEIVING ITS SIXTH COMMANDER, NAVAL AIR FORCES PACIFIC BLACK 'W' AWARD FOR WEAPONS EXCELLENCE. AS WEAPONS DEPARTMENT CAREER PROGRAM MANAGER, SHE SUPERVISED TWELVE CAREER COUNSELORS THROUGH THE SUBMISSION OF 630 CAREER WAYPOINT SUBMISSIONS, 990 CAREER DEVELOPMENT BOARDS AND 75 REENLISTMENTS TOTALING MORE THAN 150,000 DOLLARS IN SELECTIVE REENLISTMENT BONUSES.
