DURING THIS PERIOD, PETTY OFFICER ISADORE ANDERSON PERFORMED 750 ANESTHESIA TURNOVERS, 488 END OF DAY TURNOVERS, 124 WOUND CHECKS, 67 SUTURE REMOVALS, 129 PLATELET RICH PLASMA INJECTIONS, AND SCHEDULED 360 APPOINTMENTS FOR PATIENTS WHILE SUPPORTING 29 PROVIDERS AND 20 CORPSMEN IN THE PROVISION OF HIGH QUALITY PATIENT CARE. ADDITIONALLY, SHE SUPPORTED THE USNS COMFORT READINESS OFFICER IN THE EFFICIENT DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION TO 175 CORPSMEN AND OFFICERS ENSURING ALL INDIVIDUALS MAINTAINED FULL MEDICAL READINESS AND TRAINING REQUIRMENTS YEAR ROUND. PETTY OFFICER ANDERSON'S PROFESSIONAL ABILITY, PERSONAL INITIATIVE AND LOYAL DEDICATION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT ON HER AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.




MERITORIOUS SERVICE WHILE SERVING AS STAFF NURSE ANESTHETIST (CRNA) AT NAVAL HOSPITAL SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA FROM AUGUST 2022 TO SEPTEMBER 2024. DURING THIS PERIOD, LIEUTENANT JEROME ADAMS PERFORMED HIS DUTIES IN AN EXEMPLARY AND HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. HE PROVIDED ANESTHESTICS TO OVER 700 SURGICAL PATIENTS RESULTING IN A ZERO MORBIDTY RATE AND SUCCESSFUL MEDICAL TREATMENT. IN ADDITION, HE DEPLOYED ONBOARD THE USNS MERCY AS STAFF CRNA SUPPORTING HUMANITARIAN MISSIONS ACROSS FIVE COUNTRIES AND CONTRIBUTED TO THE TREATMENT OF MORE THAN 300 PATIENTS, IMPROVING INTERNATIONAL AND DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS. MOREOVER, AS CHAIRMAN FOR NAVY MEDICAL CENTER SAN DIEGO (NMCSD) CAREER DEVELOPMENT BOARD, HE FACILITATED AND CONDUCTED OVER 300 BOARDS FOR NURSE CORPS OFFICERS, RAISING THE COMMAND'S FIFTY PERCENT COMPLIANCE RATE TO AN UNPRECEDENTED NINETY FIVE PERCENT. BY HIS NOTEWORTHY ACCOMPLISHMENTS, PERSEVERANCE, AND DEVOTION TO DUTY, LIEUTENANT ADAMS REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND UPHELD THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.




MERITORIOUS SERVICE WHILE SERVING AS THE CHAIR OF THE ANESTHESIA REPORTING AND MONITORING PANEL, UNDER THE MILITARY HEALTH SYSTEM CLINICAL QUALITY FORUM OF THE DEFENSE HEALTH AGENCY, FALLS CHURCH, VIRGINIA FROM FEBRUARY 2011 TO AUGUST 2014. DURING THIS PERIOD, COMMANDER ADRIANI SERVED AS THE CHAIR FOR THE ANESTHESIA REPORTING AND MONITORING PANEL WHICH SERVES AS THE OVERSIGHT BOARD FOR DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE ISSUES WITH ANESTHESIA REPORTING AND MONITORING. AS CHAIR, CDR ADRIANI COORDINATED ACTIVITIES, PROVIDED TRAINING MATERIAL, AND WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF STANDARDIZED REPORTS. ADDITIONALLY, HE PROVIDED EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP DURING THE FIELDING OF 771 ANESTHESIA REPORTING AND MONITORING DEVICES TO 66 MEDICAL TREATMENT FACILITIES, IMPROVING THE STANDARDIZATION OF ANESTHESIA EQUIPMENT AND REPORTING EXPONENTIALLY. COMMANDER ADRIANI'S PROFESSIONAL ABILITY, STEADFAST INITIATIVE, AND SELFLESS DEDICATION TO DUTY REFLECTED GREAT CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
