HIS METICULOUS ATTENTION TO DETAIL CAPTURED CRITICAL INFORMATION AND PROVIDED THE NECESSARY DETAIL FOR THE GENERATION OF OVER 1200 SITREPS AND THE FOLLOW ON MANPOWER ANALYSIS AND SCHEDULING NECESSARY TO COUNTER THE EFFECTS OF THE CRISIS. IN ADDITION, HE DEMONSTRATED DEDICATION TO DUTY DURING THE JOINT TASK FORCE CENTENNIAL SUPPORT MISSIONS PERFORMED DURING THE COVID-19 GLOBAL PANDEMIC, CONTINUALLY INCREASING EFFICIENCY AND MORALE. FINALLY, HIS EFFORTS WERE A VITAL COMPONENT OF THE DISTRIBUTION OF INFORMATION TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC RESPONSE. PETTY OFFICER CARLYLE'S EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONALISM, UNRELENTING PERSEVERANCE, AND LOYAL DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND WERE IN THE KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.

HM1 HERBERT MILLER PROVIDED DIRECT OVERSIGHT OF COVID REPORTING METRICS FOR OVER 700 MILITARY, CIVILIAN, CONTRACTOR, HOST NATION, AND COALITION MEMBERS ACROSS 100 TENANT COMMANDS SUPPORTING NSA BAHRAIN. HE WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TRACKING AND DISTRIBUTION OF MORE THAN 600 MINISTRY OF HEALTH VACCINATION CARDS IN SUPPORT OF THE U.S. CENTRAL COMMAND AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY. ADDITIONALLY, HM1 MILLER CONTRIBUTED OVER 700 HOURS TO MANAGING THE COVID NAVCENT SHAREPOINT AND OPNAV DATABASE AND UPDATED COVID PUBLICATIONS AND DEVELOPED PRACTICAL STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY OF REPORTING AND ACCURACY. FINALLY, HIS EFFORTS WERE INDISPENSABLE TO ONGOING OPERATIONS AND ENSURED SUSTAINED SUPPORT FOR THE REGION. PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT AS AN ASSIGNED GOVERNMENT MOBILE EQUIPMENT DRIVER FOR THE COVID-19 ARRIVAL PICKUP TEAM, KADENA AIR BASE, JAPAN, FROM JUNE 2021 TO NOVEMBER 2021. DURING THIS PERIOD, CORPORAL CANNON WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TRANSPORT OF OVER 170 INCOMING PASSENGERS INCLUDING MARINES, SAILORS, DEPENDENTS, AND A VARIETY OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS OVER THE COURSE OF SIX CONSECUTIVE MONTHS. HE COMPLETED IN EXCESS OF 100 MISSIONS CONSISTING OF PRELIMINARY SCREENING, PASSENGER TRANSPORT, COVID-19 SAMPLE TRANSPORT, AND MEDICAL PERSONNEL TRANSPORT FROM THE FUTENMA PASSENGER TERMINAL, KADENA AIR MOBILITY COMMAND PASSENGER TERMINAL, AND THE NAHA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO CAMP COURTNEY, CAMP FOSTER, CAMP HANSEN, CAMP SCHWAB, AND KADENA AIR FORCE BASE. ADDITIONALLY, CORPORAL CANNON AIDED IN THE TRANSFER OF PASSENGERS' PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND ENSURED STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH MEDICAL RESTRICTIONS TO SUSTAIN READINESS IN THE PACIFIC AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY. CORPORAL CANNON'S EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONALISM, UNRELENTING PERSEVERANCE, AND LOYAL DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND WERE IN THE KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE MARINE CORPS AND THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.

DURING THIS PERIOD, PETTY OFFICER RICHARD JACOBS EXECUTED HEALTH AND WELFARE CHECKS FOR 23 SAILORS DURING THEIR RESTRICTION OF MOVEMENT PERIOD AND CONDUCTED DAILY SCREENINGS FOR ALL STAFF AND STUDENTS. HE CONDUCTED OVER SIX HOURS OF COVID TRAINING TO 19 SAILORS, ASSURING THAT ALL FACILITIES AND MATERIALS WERE SANITIZED AND ALL CLASS ROOMS WERE SET UP FOR PROPER SOCIAL DISTANCING PROTOCOLS. HM2 CONDUCTED MORE THAN 390 HEALTH SCREENINGS AND ASSISTED IN OBTAINING COVID TESTS TO ENSURE FORCE HEALTH PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS WERE MET AND OPERATIONS ADHERED TO THE U.S. NAVY, NAVY EXPEDITIONARY COMBAT COMMAND, AND THE U.S. ARMY'S 88TH READINESS DIVISION'S GUIDELINES. PETTY OFFICER JACOBS' EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONALISM, UNRELENTING PERSEVERENCE AND LOYAL DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIM AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.

CORPORAL WRIGHT PERFORMED HIS DUTIES IN A HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL, PROFICIENT, AND EXEMPLARY MANNER WHILE EXECUTING HIS DUTIES AS A DESIGNATED GOVERNMENT MOBILE EQUIPMENT OPERATOR. WITHIN THE COVID-19 ARRIVAL PICKUP TEAM, HE DISTINGUISHED HIMSELF BY VOLUNTARILY TRANSPORTING AT-RISK INCOMING PASSENGERS, MEDICAL PERSONNEL, AND VIRUS SAMPLES AT GREAT RISK TO HIS OWN HEALTH, COMPLETING IN EXCESS OF 100 MISSIONS COMPOSED OF NEARLY 2,000 MILES TRAVELLED. IN ADDITION TO THESE DUTIES, CORPORAL WRIGHT ACTED AS THE CENTRAL LIAISON FOR THE TEAM AND COORDINATED EXECUTION OF ASSIGNMENT WITHIN HIS TEAM. CORPORAL WRIGHT'S PERSERVERENCE, INITITIVE, AND TOTAL DEDICATION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE MARINE CORPS AND THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
