DURING COBRA GOLD 20, CORPORAL REESE'S RELENTLESS DRIVE AND EXCEPTIONAL PROFICIENCY CONTRIBUTED TO THE SUCCESSFUL EXECUTION OF THE COMBINED JOINT CIVIL-MILITARY OPERATIONAL TASK FORCE'S (CJCMOTF) EXPEDITIONARY AND ADVANCED BASING OPERATION ASSESSMENT (EABO). HE ASSISTED IN CREATING AN INTERACTIVE MAP OF KEY INFRASTRUCTURE WITHIN THE VICINITY OF WANG THONG CITY THAT COULD SUPPORT THE EMPLOYMENT OF AN EABO AND, OF THE 15 CRITICAL COMPONENTS IN NEED OF ASSESSMENT, HE ASSISTED HIS TEAM IN RECONNOITERING SEVEN, OVER TWO SEPARATE CIVIL RECONNAISSANCE MISSIONS. HE ALSO AIDED MCAT 131 IN CREATING A GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM (GIS) MAP THAT PLOTTED EACH POTENTIAL LOCATION WHERE THE 15 COMPONENT PIECES WOULD BE LOCATED, AND ORGANIZED ALL POINTS USING THE MARCIMS DEVICE. DURING THIS PERIOD, AS CIVIL AFFAIRS TEAM LEADER, CAPTAIN GARCIA SIGNIFICANTLY ENHANCED THE OPERATIONAL CAPABILITY OF HIS MARINES AND THE ENTIRE 1ST CIVIL AFFAIRS GROUP. DURING COBRA GOLD 2020, HE SUCCESSFULLY EXECUTED THE FIRST OF ITS KIND PROOF OF CONCEPT ASSESSMENT OF EXPEDITIONARY ADVANCED BASING OPERATION (EABO) CAPABILITIES OF CIVIL AFFAIRS MARINES, WHICH WAS CRITICAL TO THE FUTURE FIGHTING FORCE. MERITORIOUS SERVICE WHILE SERVING AS OPERATIONS LEADING PETTY OFFICER AND LEAD GEOSPATIAL INTELLIGENCE ANALYST, MISSION SUPPORT CENTER, GROUP TEN, NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE COMMAND, FROM 12 JULY 2010 TO 1 MARCH 2013 IN SUPPORT OF OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM AND THE GLOBAL WAR ON TERRORISM. AS LEADING PETTY OFFICER, PETTY OFFICER WASHINGTON WAS A KEY FACTOR DURING THE RESTRUCTURING OF THE MISSION SUPPORT CENTER AND GROUP TEN. HE DRAFTED AND IMPLEMENTED A WATCH FLOOR JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT AND 11 STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES WHILE HE ADMINISTERED CRUCIAL ON-THE-JOB TRAINING TO JUNIOR MISSION SUPPORT CENTER PERSONNEL. STAFF SERGEANT ISAACSON DISTINGUISHED HIMSELF AS AN IMAGERY ANALYST, COMPLETING OVER 440 GEOSPATIAL PRODUCTS IN SUPPORT OF THE 3D MARINE LOGISTICS GROUP (MLG), ITS SUBORDINATE ELEMENTS, AND THE III MARINE EXPEDITIONARY FORCE (MEF). SERGEANT ISAACSON IDENTIFIED A KEY PIECE OF TERRAIN OVERLOOKED IN A STANDING OPLAN, OWNED BY THE GEOGRAPHIC COMBATANT COMMANDER, WHICH LED TO ITS IMMEDIATE MODIFICATION DUE TO ITS IMPACT ON THE COMMAND'S MISSION. AS THE PRODUCTION AND ANALYSIS CHIEF, HE SUPERVISED THE PRODUCTION OF OVER 1600 ALL SOURCE INTELLIGENCE PRODUCTS IN SUPPORT OF NINE EXERCISES AND REAL WORLD OPERATONS. HE LEVERAGED HIS KNOWLEDGE OF IMAGERY ANALYSIS TO PRODUCE AND DEVELOP COMPLEX IMAGERY AND TOPOGRAPHIC FUSED PRODUCTS WHICH DIRECTLY SUPPORTED III MEF, 3D MLG, AND THE INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY. HIS INSIGHT AND INITIATIVE HELPED SHAPE THE LOGISITICS NETWORK IN POTENTIAL BATTLE SPACES IDENTIFIED IN THE OPLAN AND CREATED STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES FOR INTELLIGENCE PRODUCTS BUILT AT COMMANDS THOUGHOUT III MEF, FURTHER ENABLING PRODUCT SHARING AMONG THE INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY AND PROVIDING THE COMMANDING GENERAL, STAFF, AND PLANNERS WITH ACCURATE INFORMATION FOR THEIR PLANNING EFFORTS. WHILE DEPLOYED, PETTY OFFICER SWANSON DEMONSTRATED TEAMWORK AND COMMITMENT TO MISSION BY ADVISING NAVEUR/NAVAF IET COLLECTORS AND PROVIDING INTELLIGENCE SUPPORT TO MORE THAN 20 COLLECTION OPERATIONS, RESULTING IN 160 TIMELY INTELLIGENCE INFORMATION REPORTS (IIR).
