FOR MERITORIOUS SERVICE WHILE SERVING AS LOADMASTER LEADING CHIEF PETTY OFFICER FROM 10 SEPTEMBER 2015 TO 22 AUGUST 2017. CHIEF MONTALVORAMOS CONSISTENTLY PERFORMED HIS DEMANDING DUTIES IN AN EXEMPLARY AND HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. HE LED AND TRAINED SAILORS DURING DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS TO PROVIDE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT WITH HIGHLY QUALIFIED OPERATORS. HIS EFFORTS LED TO THE CERTIFICATION OF 28 AND RECERTIFICATION OF 79 CREWMEMBERS ACROSS SEVEN UIC's. ADDITIONALLY, AS COMMAND PETTY OFFICER INDOC COORDINATOR FOR 2016 AND 2017, HE LED 110 FACILITATORS IN THE PETTY OFFICER LEADERSHIP COURSE, EMPOWERING 128 NEWLY ADVANCED PETTY OFFICERS. CHIEF PETTY OFFICER MONTALVORAMOS' EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONALISM, PERSONAL INITIATIVE AND TOTAL DEDICATION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
FOR MERITORIOUS SERVICE WHILE SERVING AS LCAC LOADMASTER FROM 25 AUGUST 2011 TO 15 OCTOBER 2013. DISPLAYING OUTSTANDING TECHNICAL ABILITIES, PETTY OFFICER RABY WAS A FUNDAMENTAL PART OF DETACHMENT TANGO'S SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF 466 TRAINING MISSIONS TOTALING OVER 3400 MISHAP-FREE OPERATING HOURS. PETTY OFFICER RABY'S SUPERIOR TECHNICAL KNOWLEGE WAS DEMONSTRATED WHILE TRAINING 62 PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS, INCLUDING EIGHT NAVIGATORS, 13 ENGINEERS, 23 DECK ENGINEERS, AND 15 LOADMASTER STUDENTS, ALL GRADUATING THEIR RESPECTIVE SCHOOLS. IN ADDITION, PETTY OFFICER RABY'S DEDICATION FACILITATED THE COMPLETION OF 12 CRAFT CORROSION INSPECTIONS WITH MINIMAL DISCREPANCIES. PETTY OFFICER RABY'S EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONALISM, PERSONAL INITIATIVE AND TOTAL DEDICATION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT WHILE SERVING AS NAVAL AIR TRAINING OPERATING PROCEDURES STANDARDIZATION (NATOPS) LOADMASTER INSTRUCTOR FOR FLEET LOGISTICS SUPPORT SQUADRON FIVE FIVE FROM AUGUST 2016 TO SEPTEMBER 2018. PETTY OFFICER HARRIS PROVIDED OVERWHELMING SUPPORT FOR FLEET LOGISTICS SUPPORT WING, FLYING WITH FOUR C-130 SQUADRONS, ACCUMULATING 530 FLIGHT HOURS, AND PERFORMING 17 INITIAL AND RECURRENT LOADMASTER CHECK FLIGHTS. HIS EFFORTS RESULTED IN THE COMPLETION OF 16 NALO MISSIONS AND THREE THEATER DETACHMENTS WHICH LED TO THE MOVEMENT OF 1.2 MILLION POUNDS OF CARGO AND 340 PASSENGERS. MOREOVER, HE DIRECTED TWO LOADMASTER TRAINING DETACHMENTS FOR 25 TRAINEES, COMPLETING 64 PQS SECTIONS, AND INCREASING TRAINING SYLLABUS COMPLETION BY THIRTY PERCENT. PETTY OFFICER HARRIS' PROFESSIONALISM, RELENTLESS EFFORTS, AND DEDICATION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT WHILE SERVING AS W/C 200 DIVISION LEADING PETTY OFFICER, SECOND LOADMASTER QUALIFIER AND QUALITY ASSURANCE REPRESENTATIVE FOR FLEET LOGISTICS SUPPORT SQUADRON SIX FOUR FROM 15 APRIL 2013 TO 30 JUNE 2014. PETTY OFFICER TIRADO FLEW AN UNPRECEDENTED 345 FLIGHT HOURS AND QUALIFIED FIVE SECOND LOADMASTERS ON A SERIES OF MISSIONS SUPPORTING HURRICANE EVACUATION EFFORTS. IN ADDITION, HIS TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE PROVED INSTRUMENTAL IN THE QUALIFICATION OF EIGHT ENLISTED AVIATION WARFARE SPECIALISTS, MULTIPLYING UNIT CAPABILITIES EXPONENTIALLY. FINALLY, HIS PROFESSIONALISM AND "CAN DO" APPROACH DIRECTLY CONTRIBUTED TO THE SUCCESS OF OPERATIONS EAGER TIGER AND NAUTICAL ARTIST. PETTY OFFICER TIRADO'S EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONALISM, PERSONAL INITIATIVE, AND TOTAL DEDICATION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
