PETTY OFFICER REISSENGER LED THE PLANNING, COORDINATION AND EXECUTION OF 877 MARINE OPERATIONS IN SUPPORT OF ALL EAST COAST BASED SEAL TEAM MARITIME TRAINING REQUIREMENTS. HIS EFFORTS SUPPORTED 27 COMBAT SWIMMER COURSES, 110 WATER DROPS, AND 56 VISIT BOARD SEARCH AND SEIZURE OPERATIONS, FACILITATING THE OPERATIONAL READINESS AND DEPLOYMENT PREPARATION OF 755 SEAL OPERATORS. ADDITIONLY, WHILE SERVING AS 3M COORDINATOR, HE SUPERVISED THE MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS OF 14 WORKCENTERS ACROSS THREE UICs. HIS OVERSIGHT RESULTED IN THE COMPLETION OF 13 FORCE REVISIONS ENSURING A 98% COMPLETION RATE AND A 97% GRADE DURING THE FY-18 WARCOM INSPECTION. SENIOR CHIEF LAMBRUSCO'S EXPERTISE AND DECISION MAKING SKILLS PROVIDED INFORMATION TO COMMAND AND CONTROL ASSIGNED AMPHIBIOUS FORCES IN THE CONDUCT OF CRISIS RESPONSE, CONTINGENCY, MARITIME SECURITY, AND THEATER SECURITY OPERATIONS. DEMOSTRATING PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS AND RESOURCEFULNESS, HE QUICKLY ASSESSED COMPLEX SITUATIONS AND DEVELOPED SOLUTIONS ACROSS ALL COALITION FORCES. CHIEF LAMBRUSCO IMPROVED FORCE INFORMATION AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS ENABLING THE EXERCISE INFORMATION DOMAIN ASHORE AND AT SEA VITAL ACCESS TO OPERATIONAL INFORMATION.
