DURING THIS PERIOD, PETTY OFFICER ROBISON IMPROVED AND STREAMLINED FOOD SERVICE DIVISION OPERATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS BY PROVIDING THE STAFF, PATIENT, AND CUSTOMER WITH THE HIGHEST STANDARDS IN FOOD QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. AS A DIET TECH, HE INTERACTED WITH 110 PATIENT DAILY AND PROVIDED EXCEPTIONAL FOOD SERVICE. IN ADDITION, HE DEVOTED 18 HOURS OF HIS OFF DUTY TIME TO THE ADOPT A BEACH PROGRAM, VOLUNTEERED DURING THE FIVE DAYS ACTIVATION OF USNS MERCY (TAH-19), AND ASSISTED WITH THE SAFE ON-LOAD OF 450 PALLETS WITH ZERO MISHAPS. BY HIS EXCEPTIONAL ABILITY, PERSONAL INITIATIVE AND TOTAL DEDICATION TO DUTY, PETTY OFFICER ROBISON REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND UPHELD THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.




MERITORIOUS SERVICE WHILE SERVING AS DIET OFFICE SUPERVISOR, DIRECTORATE OF ADMINISTRATION, NAVAL MEDICAL RECRUIT TRAINING CENTER, CAMP LEJEUNE, NORTH CAROLINA FROM AUGUST 2019 TO SEPTEMBER 2022. DURING THIS PERIOD, PETTY OFFICER HOUSTON PERFORMED HIS DEMANDING DUTIES IN AN EXEMPLARY AND HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. HE INSTRUCTED AND QUALIFIED SIX PERSONNEL IN DIET OFFICE OPERATIONS AND SUPERVISED TWO PERSONNEL IN THE SCHEDULING OF 600 CLINICAL NUTRITION APPOINTMENTS AND THE DELIVERY OF 5,000 NUTRITION THERAPY MEALS AND 400 NEW MOTHER MEALS. ADDITIONALLY, AS DEPARTMENTAL CDT MEMBER, HE COMPLETED AND PROCESSED 12 CAREER DEVELOPMENT BOARDS, ONE RATE CONVERSION, EIGHT REENLISTMENT/ EXTENSIONS AND TWO NAVPERS 1306 ACTIONS, WHICH CONTRIBUTED TO THE COMMAND RECEIVING 90 PERCENT ON THE COMMAND PROGRAM REVIEW. PETTY OFFICER HOUSTON'S EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONALISM, UNRELENTING PERSEVERANCE AND LOYAL DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIM AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.




MERITORIOUS SERVICE WHILE SERVING AS LEADING PETTY OFFICER FOR NUTRITION MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT, NAVAL MEDICAL CENTER, SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA FROM JUNE 2012 TO JUNE 2015. PETTY OFFICER SILCOX DEVELOPED AND IMPLEMENTED 94 STAFF MEMBERS IN THE DAILY OPERATIONS OF THE PRODUCTION AND SERVICE OF OVER 450,000 MEALS FOR PATIENTS AND IN-PATIENTS AND GALLEY PATRONS IN THE LARGEST FOOD SERVICE IN NAVY MEDICINE. HE COORDINATED SCHEDULES AND WORK LISTS FOR CULINARY SPECIALISTS, IMPROVING THE UTILIZATION OF OVER 2700 MAN HOURS WEEKLY. ADDITIONALLY, HE OVERSAW A MILLION DOLLAR MESS DECK RENOVATION, REVITALIZING THE DINING FACILITY AND ENHANCING PATIENT EXPERIENCE. FURTHER, HE SUCCESSFULLY UNDERWENT JOINT COMMISSION SURVEY AND MEDICAL IG INSPECTION WITH ZERO DISCREPANCIES FOR THE DEPARTMENT. FINALLY, HE MANAGED THE CAREERS OF OVER 150 SAILORS AND SUPERVISED 119 CDB'S, PROVIDING 19 REENLISTMENTS AND ACHIEVING A RETENTION RATE OF 98 PERCENT. PETTY OFFICER CADELINA'S INSPIRING LEADERSHIP AND PERSONAL AMBITION WERE INSTRUMENTAL IN PERFORMING HIS DUTIES AS DIET OFFICE SUPERVISOR. DURING THIS TIME, PETTY OFFICER CADELINA REVISED 336 MENUS, SAVING THE DEPARTMENT SIXTY THOUSAND DOLLARS IN MONTHLY FOOD EXPENSES. ADDITIONALLY, HE FACILITATED TRAINING IN THE INTEGRATIVE SOFTWARE SYSTEM FOR MEDICAL NUTRITION MANAGEMENT OF INPATIENTS, STREAMLINING PATIENT'S DIETARY HISTORY AND VALIDATION OF DIET RESTRICTIONS FOR NINE MILITARY AND TWO CIVILIAN DIET TECHNICIANS. PETTY OFFICER CADELINA'S EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONALISM, UNRELENTING PERSEVERANCE, AND LOYAL DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
