MOREOVER, SHE EARNED HER OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT CERTIFICATION AND LICENSE, EXPANDING DEPARTMENT CAPABILITIES BY FIFTY PERCENT. ADDITIONALLY, SHE MANAGED SUPPLY COLLATERAL DUTIES AND IMPLEMENTED A LOG BOOK TRACKING SYSTEM TO MAINTAIN EQUIPMENT INVENTORY WITHIN THE OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY CLINIC, REDUCING DECREPANCIES ON MONTHLY AUDITS TO ZERO. FINALLY, SHE SPONSORED A NEW OT TECH ON BOARD AND ASSISTED IN THE CHECK IN PROCESS AND PROVIDED DAILY TASK KNOWLEDGE AND PATIENT CARE TECHNIQUE MENTORING. PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT IN THE SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE OF HIS DUTIES WHILE SERVING AS LEADING PETTY OFFICER FOR THE PHYSICAL THERAPY OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY AND CHIROPRACTIC SERVICES, NAVAL HOSPITAL OKINAWA, JAPAN FROM 11 SEPTEMBER 2016 TO 24 MARCH 2019. PETTY OFFICER HOLDEN LED 18 SAILORS AND FIVE CIVILIANS CHARGED WITH THE DAILY CARE OF 55,000 CIVILIANS AND MILITARY PERSONNEL STATIONED ON OKINAWA. HM1 HOLDEN PROVIDED TREATMENT FOR OVER 9,000 PATIENTS DURING HIS THREE YEARS ON BOARD AND WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN THE DEPARTMENT PASSING THE JOINT COMMISSION SURVEY AND MONTHLY ZONE INSPECTION OF THE HOSPITAL AND SATELLITE CLINICS. ADDITIONALLY, IN COLLABORATION WITH MENTAL HEALTH, HM1 FACILITATED 15 OUTPATIENT CRISIS PREVENTION CLASSES FOR 39 MARINES, SOLDIERS, SAILORS AND AIRMEN. FINALLY, HM1 INSTRUCTED SAILORS IN A PETTY OFFICER SELECTEE LEADERSHIP COURSE ENLISTED ADVANCEMENT PROGRAM RESULTING IN 37 PROMOTIONS. PETTY OFFICER HOLDEN'S MANAGERIAL ABILITY, INITIATIVE AND LOYAL DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED GREAT CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT IN THE SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE OF HER DUTIES AS GENERAL DUTY CORPSMAN, PHYSICAL AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY DEPARTMENT, DIRECTORATE FOR CLINICAL SUPPORT SERVICES, NAVAL HOSPITAL JACKSONVILLE, FROM AUGUST 2011 TO FEBRUARY 2013. PETTY OFFICER HOLLY PROVIDED QUALITY CARE TO 2,500 BENEFICIARIES WHICH RESULTED IN A NETWORK SAVINGS COST AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS. AS SAFETY PETTY OFFICER, SHE LED THE DEPARTMENT THROUGH TWO COMMAND SAFETY INSPECTIONS MAINTAINING 100 PERCENT COMPLIANCE WITH JOINT COMMISSION AND MEDICAL INSPECTOR GENERAL STANDARDS. HOSPITALMAN HOLLY'S EXCEPTIONAL ABILITY, PERSONAL INITIATIVE AND TOTAL DEDICATION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HERSELF AND UPHELD THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
