PETTY OFFICER JULIA CHARLES PERFORMED 237 TREATMENTS FOR JTF/JMG WARFIGHTERS, LEADING TO AN INCREASE IN WARFIGHTER READINESS AND IMPROVED MISSION SUCCESS. HM1 CHARLES PERFORMED 223 ONE-ON-ONE PHYSICAL THERAPY TREATMENTS FOR LAW OF ARMED CONFLICT DETAINEES, PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL, ETHICAL, AND TRANSPARENT CARE. ADDITIONALLY, SHE MANAGED THREE PHYSICAL THERAPISTS' SCHEDULES, SCHEDULING 89 PATIENT INITIAL EVALUATIONS AND OVER 300 FOLLOW UPS VALUED AT $20,500 ACROSS MULTIPLE LOCATIONS WITHIN THE JTF. BY HER EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONALISM, UNRELENTING PERSEVERANCE, AND LOYAL DEVOTION TO DUTY, PETTY OFFICER CHARLES REFLECTED GREAT CREDIT UPON HERSELF AND UPHELD THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.

PETTY OFFICER ARMSTRONG PERFORMED HIS DEMANDING DUTIES IN AN EXEMPLARY AND HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
