PETTY OFFICER DOBSON SCREENED 4,400 NEW ACCESSIONS, IDENTIFIED, COUNSELED, AND TREATED 244 RECRUITS FOR LATENT TUBERCULOSIS WHICH PREVENTED THE SPREAD OF THE DISEASE IN RECRUIT TRAINING COMMAND (RTC). HE ASSISTED IN A FOOD BORNE ILLNESS INVESTIGATION THROUGHOUT RTC WHICH IDENTIFIED THE SOURCE OF CONTAMINATION, FACILITATED THE APPROPRIATE TREATMENT OF PATIENTS, AND CONTAINED THE SPREAD OF DISEASE AND PREVENT FUTURE OUTBREAKS. WHILE DEPLOYED TO KUWAIT, HE IDENTIFIED 100 PIECES OF EQUIPMENT FOR REUTILIZATION, STREAMLINED THE TURNOVER PROCESS, AND ENABLED THE FUTURE FDPMU TEAM TO SUSTAIN OPERATIONS FOR THE NEXT FISCAL YEAR. HIS DEDICATION TO DUTY AND WORK ETHIC AS ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE OFFICER DIRECTLY CONTRIBUTED TO FDPMU SUCCESS AND LED TO AN UNPRECEDENTED 100% ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE READINESS STATUS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARMY REGULATION 200-1. HM2 CRAWFORD'S INSPIRING LEADERSHIP AND PERSONAL INITIATIVE WERE INSTRUMENTAL IN THE EFFICIENCY AND OVERALL SUCCESS OF THE AL BASRAH OIL TERMINAL AIR QUALITY SITE ASSESSMENT HOSTED BY THE NAVY AND MARINE CORPS PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER. HE REPORTED 37 COMMUNICABLE DISEASES AND CONDUCTED THREE INVESTIGATIONS ON CONFIRMED TUBERCULOSIS CASES, MAINTAINING COMPLIANCE WITH THE CENTER OF DISEASE CONTROL'S GUIDELINES. AS IMMUNIZATIONS LEADER, HE SUPERVISED 13 PERSONNEL AND MANAGED THE IMMUNIZATIONS INVENTORY VALUED AT 28,000 DOLLARS. HIS DIRECT LEADERSHIP LEAD TO THE INNOCULATION OF 3800 PATIENTS DURING THE 2010-2014 FLU SEASONS, INCREASING READINESS BY 50 PERCENT. DURING THIS PERIOD, PETTY OFFICER HEVENER PERFORMED 66 CAMP INSPECTIONS, DAILY BULK WATER TESTING, AND OVERSAW DAILY POLICE CALLS AND HYGEINE STATION PREPARATION WHICH REDUCED STANDING WATER AND DECREASED MOSQUITO BREEDING GROUNDS. IN ADDITION, HE CREATED INFORMATIONAL SIGNS TO EDUCATE 190 PERSONNEL ABOUT DISEASES AND THE DANGERS OF MOSQUITO BORNE DISEASE. FURTHER, HE ESTABLISHED 7 FLY BAIT STATIONS AND LED 2 WORKING PARTIES TO REMOVE WEEDS THROUGHOUT THE CAMP TO REDUCE INSECT GROWTH AND IMPROVE FIELD HYGEINE AND SANITATION. PETTY OFFICER HEVENER LED 5 CORPSMEN IN THE COMPLETION OF 188 NEURO-COGNITIVE ASSESSMENTS, 65 YELLOW SHOT CARDS, 125 PREDEPLOYMENT HEALTH ASSESSMENTS, AND 145 IMMUNIZATIONS, INCREASING MEDICAL READINESS FROM 65% TO 95%. UPON ARRIVAL IN MORON, SPAIN, HE LIAISONED WITH THE AIR FORCE TO ENSURE MORON AIR BASE UPHELD NAVY/USMC SANITATION STANDARDS, TAUGHT A TRISERVICE FOOD HANDLERS CLASS TO 30 MARINES AND MAINTAINED MEDICAL READINESS AT 95%. DURING THE 2011-2012 INFLUENZA MASS VACCINATION, PETTY OFFICER BECKWITH INNOCULATED 245 PATIENTS AND DOCUMENTED 2,299 ADDITIONAL IMMUNIZATIONS INTO AHLTA AND MRRS CONTRIBUTING TO 94 PERCENT ACTIVE DUTY COMPLIANCE IN LESS THAN A WEEK. AS DEPARTMENTAL SUPPLY PETTY OFFICER, HE MANAGED A BUDGET AND EQUIPMENT VALUED AT 11,500 DOLLARS AND ENSURED CONTINUOUS SUPPLY AVAILABILITY FOR FOUR DIVISIONS. HE OVERSAW 12 OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH PROGRAMS AND LED 30 SAILORS IN CONDUCTING 6300 OCCUPATIONAL PHYSICALS AND VALIDATING 4300 HEALTH RECORDS, INCREASING MEDICAL READINESS FROM 82% TO 92% AND PAVING THE WAY FOR EIGHT CARRIER QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATIONS. ADDITIONALLY, HE MANAGED AND COORDINATED THE HEAT STRESS AND MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE SREENINGS FOR 786 SAILORS, ENHANCING THE SAFETY OF THE CREW AND RESULTING IN THE SUCCESSFUL FY23 BOARD OF INSPECTION AND SURVEY PLAN WITH A 90 PERCENT PASS RATE.
