DURING THIS PERIOD, PETTY OFFICER REYNOLDS WAS ESSENTIAL TO THE COMPLETION OF 140,000 INCIDENT FREE FLIGHT OPERATIONS IN SUPPORT OF THE COMPLEX RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING, AND EVALUATION DEMANDS OF OVER 50 TENANT COMMANDS. HE FLAWLESSLY MAINTAINED 239 FAA AND LOCAL PUBLICATIONS, CONDUCTING CONTINUOUS REVIEWS AND UPDATES WHICH WERE CRITICAL TO OPERATIONS ACCURACY, MISSION COMPLETION, AND FACILITY READINESS.
