DEMONSTRATING AN UNPARALLELED LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE, PETTY OFFICER SULLIVAN METICULOUSLY COORDINATED 234 WORKSHOPS and 456 ENRICHMENT RETREATS FOR 15,500 PARTICIPANTS, STRENGTHENING RELATIONSHIPS AND IMPROVING THE WELLNESS OF OUR SAILORS AND THEIR FAMILIES. Your outstanding professionalism, as exemplified by your aggressive, enthusiastic, and productive performance, makes you the most worthy recipient of this honor. While serving as Medical Department Leading Petty Officer (LPO) you managed an Authorized Medical Allowance List (AMAL) of over $30,000, and provided optimal healthcare to numerous SEALS and Support personnel training for a variety of operational specialties. Your knowledge of Naval Special Warfare Range Safety Operations enabled you to assist with the coordination of over 70 day and night live fire training evolutions for the NSW Sniper Course.
