PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT IN THE SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE OF HIS DUTIES AS EXPLOSIVE ORDNANCE DISPOSAL TECHNICIAN. PETTY OFFICER DENSMORE'S EOD KNOWLEDGE AND WORK ETHIC WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN THE SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF PLATOON 1-1-2'S TRAINING CYCLE AND SURGE DEPLOYMENT TO RC NORTH AFGHANISTAN. WHILE DEPLOYED, HE COORDINATED THE RAPID AND SAFE DISTRIBUTION OF 13,000 POUNDS OF EXPLOSIVE MATERIAL TO FIVE FOREIGN OPERATING BASES, EXPANDING EOD RESPONSE CAPABILITIES. ADDITIONALLY, HIS PARTNERSHIP EFFORTS WITH COALITION FORCES AT CAMP NORTHERN LIGHTS INCREASED THE IED INTELLIGENCE GATHERING AND LED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF IED DEFEAT TTPs WHICH REDUCED CASUALTIES BY 50% OVER THE NEXT 13 MONTHS. PETTY OFFICER DENSMORE'S EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONALISM, UNRELENTING PERSEVERANCE, AND LOYAL DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIM AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
FOR MERITORIOUS SERVICE WHILE SERVING AT EXPLOSIVE ORDNANCE DISPOSAL OPERATIONAL SUPPORT UNIT TEN FROM FEBRUARY 1991 TO MARCH 2011. DURING HIS TENURE, CHIEF MULLENNEX WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN THE SUCCESSFUL TRAINING AND DEPLOYMENT OF ORDNANCE CLEARANCE DETACHMENTS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD. OVER HIS TWENTY YEARS OF SERVICE AT OSU TEN CHIEF MULLENNEX FILLED NUMEROUS ASSIGNMENTS. HE HAS SUPERVISED HUNDREDS OF HAZARDOUS EVOLUTIONS TO INCLUDE DIVING, SMALL ARMS, AND HELICOPTER INSERTION TECHNIQUES IN THE SECOND AND/OR FIFTH FLEET AORS ONE HUNDRED PERCENT MISHAP FREE. HE HAS MOBILIZED THREE TIMES IN SUPPORT OF OPERATIONS ENDURING FREEDOM AND IRAQI FREEDOM. AS A MEMBER OF THE OSU TRAINING DEPARTMENT, HE HAS PASSED ON HIS KNOWLEDGE OF DIVING, DEMOLITION, IED, WMD RESPONSE AND SPENT COUNTLESS HOURS DEVELOPING JUNIOR SAILORS AND ADVOCATING FOR THE EOD RESERVE PROGRAM. ADDITIONALLY, CHIEF MULLENNEX WAS ONE OF THE FEW RESERVISTS SELECTED TO ATTEND EOD TECHNICIAN SCHOOL. UPON GRADUATION HE INTEGRATED WITH AN ACTIVE DUTY EOD PLATOON AS THE LEADING CHIEF PETTY OFFICER AND DEPLOYED TO IRAQ WHERE HIS TEAM PERFORMED 60 COMBAT MISSIONS DESTROYING OVER 4,000 LBS OF HAZARDOUS ORDNANCE. EODC MULLENNEX S OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE AND LOYAL DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECT GREAT CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND UPHELD THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
AIR OPERATIONS DIVISION LCPO, EXPLOSIVE ORDNANCE DISPOSAL TRAINING AND EVALUATION UNIT ONE FROM AUGUST 2013 TO APRIL 2016. EODCS ENGLEHART METICULOUSLY PLANNED, SUPERVISED, AND EXECUTED 13 HRST/CAST MASTER COURSES, 14 TTC-AIR COURSES, 37 EODGRU ONE PARACHUTE REQUALIFICATION EVENTS, AND 12 EOD PLATOON AIR WEEKS, RESULTING IN 35,000 STUDENT CONTACT HOURS, 12,300 REQUALIFICATION JUMPS, 140 QUALIFIED HRST/CAST MASTERS, AND 220 QUALIFIED BASIC ROPERS. HIS LEADERSHIP AND DEDICATION WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN EODTEU ONE AIR OPERATIONS DIVISION RECEIVING A GRADE OF OUTSTANDING DURING A NAVY SAFETY CENTER PRE-MEDITATED PARACHUTE PROGRAM INSPECTION. BY HIS NOTEWORTHY ACCOMPLISHMENTS, PERSEVERANCE, AND DEVOTION TO DUTY, SENIOR CHIEF ENGLEHART REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND UPHELD THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.

PETTY OFFICER OLIVER'S PROFESSIONALISM, TECHNICAL EXPERTISE AND UNWAVERING WORK ETHIC WAS A KEY FACTOR IN THE SUCCESS OF THE DETACHMENT'S FINAL EVALUATION TRAINING (FEP) AND ITS EOD SUPPORT MISSIONS DURING PORTLAND ROSEFEST AND SEATTLE SEAFAIR FLEET WEEKS. AS A NEW TEAM MEMBER, EOD3 OLIVER IMMEDIATELY GAINED CREDIBILITY AND CONFIDENCE BY MAINTAINING, OPERATING, AND PROVIDING TRAINING ON NUMEROUS EOD TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING THREE ROBOTS, THREE DIVER AIR SYSTEMS, ONE 9-METER EOD RHIB, AND A VARIETY OF CBR DETECTORS AND MONITORS. ADDITIONALLY, EOD3 ALSO DEVELOPED AND CONSTRUCTED 17 IED TRAINING AIDS FOR BOTH DET NORTHWEST AND DET BANGOR, CONTRIBUTING TO ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL FEP AND ENHANCING THE OVERALL MISSION READINESS OF DETACHMENT NORTHWEST. PETTY OFFICER OLIVER'S EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONALISM, UNRELENTING PERSEVERANCE, AND LOYAL DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIM AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT IN THE SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE OF HIS DUTIES WHILE SERVING AS EOD RESPONSE TEAM MEMBER AND MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN AT EXPLOSIVE ORDNANCE DISPOSAL MOBILE UNIT SIX DETACHMENT PANAMA CITY FROM SEPTEMBER 2012 TO FEBRUARY 2013. PETTY OFFICER WHITE PERFORMED HIS DEMANDING DUTIES IN AN EXEMPLARY AND HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. HIS EFFORTS LED TO THE SAFE COMPLETION OF THREE UXO DISPOSAL OPERATIONS AND THE DESTRUCTION OF 59 MILITARY ORDNANCE ITEMS RECOVERED DURING MULTIPLE EOD RESPONSES. ADDITIONALLY, HE PLAYED A KEY ROLE IN AN EMERGENT MISSION TO LOCATE AND MARK A LIVE, EXPERIMENTAL ORDNANCE ITEM FOR THE NAVAL SURVACE WARFARE CENTER'S AIRBORNE MINE NEUTRALIZATION SYSTEM TEST PROGRAM. MOREOVER, WHILE SUPPORTING NAVY REGION SOUTHEAST ANTI TERRORISM, FORCE PROTECTION, AND DIVING MISSIONS AND NAVFAC RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OPERATIONS, HE LOGGED OVER 11 HOURS OF SCUBA DIVES, ENSURING SHIP BERTHS WERE SAFE FOR THREE HIGH VISIBILITY FLEET EVENTS. FINALLY, AS GEAR AND FACILITY CUSTODIAN, HE SYSTEMATICALLY ACCOUNTED FOR OVER THREE MILLION DOLLARS OF EOD EQUIPMENT AND CONDUCTED MORE THAN 400 PMS CHECKS, ENSURING THE COMMAND REMAINED FULLY MISSION CAPABLE AT ALL TIMES. PETTY OFFICER WHITE'S EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONALISM, UNRELENTING PERSEVERANCE, AND LOYAL DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIM AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
MERITORIOUS SERVICE WHILE SERVING AS EXPLOSIVE ORDNANCE DISPOSAL MOBILE UNIT ELEVEN READINESS AND TRAINING DEPARTMENT PETTY OFFICER FROM JUNE 2011 TO JANUARY 2013. PETTY OFFICER ASIMOV WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN THE SUCCESSFUL TRAINING CYCLES OF TWO EOD COMPANIES AND ONE EOD PLATOON, FACILITATING OVER 400 SURFCAE/IED AND MCM DRILL SCENARIOS. MOREOVER, DURING RIMPAC 2012, HE DEVOTED OVER 300 MAN HOURS TO PLANNING AND COORDINATING THE MULTINATIONAL EOD EXERCISE, "BEE STING" FOR 33 CANADIAN, AUSTRALIAN, AND U.S. EOD FORCES. IN ADDITION, PETTY OFFICER ASIMOV'S TECHNICAL EXPERTISE ENSURED TOTAL MISSION SUCCESS DURING 77 EVENTS THAT RESULTED IN THE SAFE DISPOSAL OF OVER 2,000 UNEXPLODED ORDNANCE. FINALLY, AS 3M WORKCENTER SUPERVISOR, HIS EXCEPTIONAL MANAGEMENT SKILLS RESULTED IN ZERO MAINTENANCE DISCREPANCIES AND ONE HUNDRED PERCENT MATERIAL ACCOUNTABILITY. PETTY OFFICER ASIMOV'S EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONALISM, UNRELENTING PERSEVERANCE, AND LOYAL DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIM AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
MERITORIOUS SERVICE IN THE SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE OF HIS DUTIES WHILE SERVING AS OPERATIONS LEADING PETTY OFFICER ABOARD EXPLOSIVE ORDNANCE DISPOSAL MOBILE UNIT THREE (EODMU-3) FROM AUGUST 2012 TO OCTOBER 2013. IN THIS IMPORTANT ASSIGNMENT, PETTY OFFICER FIRST CLASS DORAL MANAGED THE DAILY OPERATIONS OF TEN DEPLOYABLE EOD PLATOONS AND ASSISTED IN THE PLANNING AND TASKING OF 93 PERSONNEL. MOREOVER, HE SERVED AS THE LIAISON BETWEEN EODMU THREE AND EXPLOSIVE ORDNANCE DISPOSAL EXPEDITIONARY SUPPORT UNIT ONE (EODESU-1) BY MANAGING AND PRIORITIZING OVER 1200 SUPPORT REQUESTS ANNUALLY WHICH FACILITATED BOTH SUSTAINMENT TRAINING AND TABLE OF ALLOWANCE INVENTORIES FOR TEN PLATOONS. IN ADDITION, HE ENSURED MISSION READINESS BY SUBMITTING OVER 220 TIMELY GEAR REQUESTS WHICH EQUIPPED PLATOONS WITH THE GEAR NEEDED FOR DEPLOYMENT AND COMBAT OPERATIONS. FINALLY, HIS ABILITY TO FACILITATE PLANS THAT COULD BE TRANSLATED INTO OPERATIONAL RESULTS WAS PROVEN WITH THE SUCCESS OF THE TEN PLATOONS HE OVERSAW. PETTY OFFICER DORAL'S EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONALISM, UNRELENTING PERSEVERANCE, AND LOYAL DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIM AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
