- COMMAND INVOLVED. Facilitated X command indoctrinations for X Sailors encompassing X hours of training.




- EXTRAORDINARY FACILITATOR. Led Command INDOC program to include X Sailors. Spearheaded vital training to X FCPOs, X CPOs, and X Officers ensuring overall readiness through Sailorization skills.




- PROGRAM EXPERT. Reinvigorated a stagnant Command Indoc/Sponsorship Program, restructured topics and briefs, coordinated with Fleet and Family Services to offer additional training, and scheduled Sailors who were overdue for Indoc, bringing the program back to full compliance.




As Command Indoctrination Coordinator, managed X personnel in the coordinated facilitation of X hours of instruction for X new Sailors, resulting in a 100% overall program compliance for the command.




Managed 33 instructors through 240 hours of CMD indoc. Delivered 30 hours of instruction to 68 new command staff members improving the command's instructor qualification process.




As the command indoc facilitator, Petty Officer Causta processed all of the required paperwork and training of 55 new affiliates to the Navy reserves.




As a Command Training Team member, ET2 Cosby facilitated Navy P&P for 250 incoming active duty personnel for NSA Naples in Command Indoc and was instrumental in the completion of two Command Assessments. His dedication gained the trust of his command and he was selected to receive the ADAMS facilitators course, training normally given to more senior personnel.




As the SAPR ADVOCATE for the Command, he conducted Command GMT training and Command Indoc training that ensured Command compliance with guidance and the highest Navy core values.




He facilitated 19 sessions of command indoctrination and provided exceptional instruction to 139 Sailors.




She developed a Command INDOC course and led 16 Officers and Chiefs through five iterations for 42 new arrivals.




As the Command Training Chief, he restructured the command's entire training program to reinvigorate training and streamline the command indoctrination program. In addition, he instituted a facilitated General Military Training program which produced one of the highest GMT completion rates in the C2F AOR.




Facilitated and executed 30 General Military Training, three Navy leadership and three command indoctrination courses in compliance with naval standards, meeting the command goal of raising the readiness of 202 personnel.




As an Assistant Command Financial Specialist, he mentored and counseled 9 Sailors and facilitated two financial management briefs for Command INDOC.




Team Player. As the Command Indoc Facilitator, he established and maintained effective communication during the check-in process ensuring proper berthing, food, transportation, AOB, and command indoctrination to ensure an efficient transition to living in Japan.




CONDUCTED OVER 40 HOURS OF TRAINING FOR NEW PERSONNEL DURING COMMAND INDOC.

AS THE SEL, CHIEF PARKER IMPLEMENTED ALL COMMAND-LEVEL PROGRAMS, AUTHORED FIVE COMMAND INSTRUCTIONS AND SPEARHEADED THREE COMMAND INDOCTRINATIONS AND TWO STAND-DOWNS PRODUCING A SUCCESSFUL MIXED RATE/RANK AND DIVERSE WORKING ENVIRONMENT RESULTING IN IMPROVED MORALE, INCREASED IN-RATE SATISFACTION, PROMOTION AND RETENTION.

DEMONSTRATING EXCEPTIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERTISE, HE WAS RELIED ON TO MANAGE THE INDUCTION AND TRANSITIONS FOR MORE THAN 1,200 SAILORS. HIS KEEN ATTENTION TO DETAIL ENHANCED THE COMMAND INDOCTRINATION PROCESS.

PETTY OFFICER SAILOR HELPED ENSURE THAT OVER 200 SAILORS RECEIVED THE APPROPRIATE GUIDANCE, INSTRUCTION, AND SUPPORT AS COMMAND INDOC FACILITATOR.




AS THE COMMAND'S PRIMARY BLS INSTRUCTOR, HE CERTIFIED 166 PERSONNEL IN CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION, DURING COMMAND INDOCTRINATION AND OTHER ASSORTED INSTRUCTION THROUGHOUT THE COMMAND WITH ZERO FAILURES WHICH INCREASED THE COMMAND'S OVERALL REQUIRED TRAINING READINESS TO 96%.




PETTY OFFICER WILLIAMS HAS INTEGRATED HIMSELF INTO THE COMMAND INDOCTRINATION TEAM, PROVIDING NUMEROUS HOURS OF VALUABLE ELECTRICAL SAFETY INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTION TO ALL NEWCOMERS.




HN1 NELSON MENTORED OVER 30 NEW SAILORS IN THE COMMAND THROUGH COMMAND INDOCTRINATION AND DEPARTMENTAL FAMILIARIZATION TO ENSURE 100% COMPENTENCY IN DAILY DUTIES ABOARD NAVAL HOSPTIAL JACKSONVILLE.




HE TOOK IT UPON HIMSELF TO QUALIFY AND INSTRUCT SIX COURSES TO HELP MITIGATE THE IMPACT OF INSTRUCTOR SHORTFALLS. HE ALSO ESTABLISHED THE COMMAND INDOCTRINATION PROGRAM, WHERE HE MANAGED THE TRAINING OF 40 NEWLY REPORTED PERSONNEL AND REENERGIZED THE COMMAND SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM BY MONITORING THE ACTIONS TAKEN BY SPONSORS FOR PROSPECTIVE SAILORS ENROUTE TO THE COMMAND. FURTHERMORE, AS A COMMAND ASSESSMENT TEAM MEMBER, HE COORDINATED TWO FOCUS GROUPS THAT DEVELOPED SOLUTIONS FOR SPECIFIC PROBLEM AREAS IDENTIFIED DURING THE COMMAND CLIMATE SURVEY.
