Electronic Warfare Supervisor
- DYNAMIC LEADER. Led 164 hours of training to seven Sailors on EW operations, watch procedures, and troubleshooting solutions resulting in four PQS completions and increased watchbill flexibility underway by 50%. Devoted 50 hours troubleshooting EW systems facilitating six CASREP corrections leading to 100% combat effectiveness. Led 20 Sailors through 12 ammunition evolutions, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of ordnance.
As Electronic Warfare Supervisor, stood over 600 hours of watch, intercepting and analyzing over 10,000 signals and assisting the CIC watch team in creating an accurate tactical picture.
As Electronic Warfare Supervisor, he led a four-man team in the collection, evaluation and reporting of over 1,500 signals of interest to include the evaluation of an unknown contact to update fleet and national databases. His efforts helped Ike win the Association of Old Crows award.
As the Lead Electronic Warfare Supervisor in support of RED NITRUM 19, Naval Tactical Grid Enabler 19 AND 21, Mission Threads, SEWIP Integration, Missile Profile Updates and Cyber Survivability Testing, she directly contributed to the Navy's efforts in maintaining multi-warfare dominance.
