TRAINEX. GM1 worked outside of her watch bill position and logged 31 hours for 11k MMV and seven hours of drive time for a 15 Ton Stake Truck to include moving, staging, and convoying over 40 containers.

He chaired 10 CDBs, enabling Sailors to make good career choices, increasing retention. As the EM awards board SEL, he reviewed four EM awards this period, giving feedback prior to submission to USS FRANK CABLE (AS-40) - two awards have been given this FY.
-AT: Served as GOAT Lead for 10 reserve Sailors, supporting 1420 man-hours to the USS EMORY S. LAND (AS-39) Repair Department. His group completed 30 JQRs total, six members qualified DC 301-306, one 3M Maintenance Person, and two attended a Gas-Free Engineering class. Additionally, they supported two hours for COMREL at the local dog shelter in Guam.
-RECOGNIZED EXPERT: Asked by NOSC Denver's CMC to run the board for the 2nd quarter SOQ/JSOQ/BJOQ awards, leading three SEL's in the grading of 11 quarterly packages. He completed the PMK-EE for E4 through E7, showing his subordinates anyone can benefit from continued education.

Deftly monitored all aspects of the Administrative Department, leading five personnel in the processing of 538 general and technical correspondence documents, 64 Naval messages, 59 directives, 127 personal awards and 132 fitness/evaluation reports resulting in 52 of 52 programs graded as on "On Track" during COMHSCWINGPAC Command Assessment Visit.

Demonstrated the highest degree of leadership and guidance to 40 Yeoman and Personnel Specialists in drafting legal charges, thereby increasing knowledge necessary for advancement across Carrier Air Wing FIVE. His personal mentorship fostered 100 USMAP enrollments, two advancements, two Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialists, two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, one FLOC, and one Blue Jacket of the Quarter.
-COMMAND DEDICATION. As an active member of the FCPOA he delivered Petty Officer 24/7 training and Suicide Prevention/Violent Crimes training during command indoctrination resulting in increased advancement potential and a smooth welcome aboard process for over 30 Sailors.
