- COMMAND ORIENTED. Led the FY-## Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society Active Duty Fund Drive, raising $# in donations for Sailors and their families needs.
FUNDRAISING CHAIRPERSON, SOUTH FLORIDA NAVY BALL COMMITTEE, UNITED STATES SOUTHERN COMMAND FROM FEBRUARY TO OCTOBER 2015. PETTY OFFICER REYNOLDS METICULOUSLY PLANNED AND EXECUTED OVER 20 FUNDRAISING EVENTS COMPRISED OF OVER 200 WORK HOURS RESULTING IN AN EXCESS OF $11,000 RAISED. ADDITIONALLY, SHE FLAWLESSLY NEGOTIATED 14 LOCAL AND NATIONAL COMPANY SPONSORSHIPS TOTALING IN EXCESS OF $20,000 DOLLARS, EXCEEDING PREVIOUSLY SET MILESTONES.
PETTY OFFICER MCLOVIN MADE 100% CONTACT TO MILITARY PERSONNEL AND EXECUTED SIX HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL FUND RAISERS FOR THE NAVY MARINE CORPS RELIEF SOCIETY, TOTALING OVER FIVE THOUSAND AND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS, A 120 PERCENT INCREASE FROM THE 2015 FUND DRIVE. HER EFFORTS RESULTED IN THE COMMAND RECEIVING THE SECOND HIGHEST PER CAPITA AWARD, HIGHEST CONTRIBUTION AWARD, AND SPIRIT AWARD FOR SMALL SHORE COMMANDS.
She devoted over 100 off-duty hours contributing to PWD Fundraisers. These various fundraisers include bagging groceries at the commissary, car washes, setup for the PWD Christmas party and the annual springfest and autumnfest celebrations. All of these activities aquired funds that supported the Seabee Ball and Navy Ball. Her dedication, along with many others, continually ensures that these important events can be held.
SHE PLANNED, ORGANIZED AND EXECUTED 20 FUNDRAISERS, RAISING MORE THAN 5,000 DOLLARS TOWARDS A HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL SUMMER PICNIC AND HOLIDAY PARTY FOR TWO COMMANDS, INCREASING MORALE AND FORGING UNIT COHESIVENESS.
As an active member of the Junior Enlisted Association (JEA), PO3 Polaski volunteered for multiple fundraisers, raising over $800 for JEA projects while boosting FSA morale.
AS MWR COORDINATOR, SHE COORDINATED AND PARTICIPATED IN 10 FUNDRAISERS, RAISING OVER $10,OOO IN SUPPORT OF THE MWR FUND AND COMMAND HOLIDAY PARTY.
Active in the command, she participated in numerous fundraisers supporting command-sponsord events which improved the morale of 5,000 staff members and their families.
PETTY OFFICER NELSON ELEVATED CREW MORALE DURING DEPLOYMENT BY TAKING OVER THE SHIP'S STARBUCKS. SHE LED 12 SAILORS IN RAISING OVER 11,000 DOLLARS IN MWR FUNDS, FUNDING THE PURCHASE OF 10 NEW COFFEE FLAVORS.
NAVY MARINE CORP RELIEF SOCIETY COORDINATOR ONBOARD USS TORNADO. PETTY OFFICER CLINTON ENSURED 100% COMMAND PARTICIPATION AND RAISED $1,100, THE HIGHEST AMOUNT EVER. IN ADDITION, SHE ASSISTED IN THE NAVAL STATION MAYPORT FUNDRAISER, AND EXCEEDED THE BASE'S GOAL OF $250,000 AND HELPED PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO SAILORS AND MARINES.
Coordinated multiple fundraisers such as candy-grams, Easter baskets, grill-outs, and bake sales to offset costs to DHA employees for Family Day. Hand selected by the Commander to manage the DHHQ Commander's Cup program.
PETTY OFFICER SIMMONS DISTINGUISHED HERSELF AS A SUPERB TEAM BUILDER DURING TEN COMMAND FUNDRAISERS WHICH RAISED $11,400. HER TOTAL DEDICATION TO HER FELLOW COMMAND MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES WAS A KEY FACTOR IN THE OVERALL SUCCESS OF THE 2015 COMMAND HOLIDAY PARTY.
