- DECKPLATE LEADER. In the absence of an STGC, he expertly led 10 personnel in OM division. His leadership resulted in an 87.5% advancement rate, 75% retention rate, and 100% ESWS, 3M, and DC qualification. His technical expertise resulted in 2 successful SAR missions, rescuing 4 civilian personnel, with the help of Navy's newest Sonar system, the Carrier Tactical Support Center (CV-TSC).




-DECKPLATE LEADER. His commitment to Sailorization and his ability to lead, guide and direct 15 Sailors was responsible for 5 of 11 sailors being advanced, 1 selected as JSOQ, and 1 nominated for SOQ, and 2 awarded Navy and Marine Achievement Medals.




Petty Officer Parker demonstrated exceptional leadership, outstanding resourcefulness and superior performance in his duties as the senior enlisted leader by providing knowledgeable counsel to the CO on all enlisted matters.




DECK PLATE LEADER AND MENTOR: As the Command Mentor Coordinator, he instituted a Mentorship Program which benefited 50 sailors, resulting in a 100% retention, increased off-duty education by 75%, and improved morale and productivity.

Oversaw the maintenance efforts of 45 military and 10 civilian personnel responsible for performing inspection, disassembly and reassembly of 345 F/A-18A modular engine components directly supporting FRC Oceana in meeting all on-site and forward deployed squadron and fleet requirements.
