OPERATION ROOM LPO TECHNICAL EXPERT-As lead surgical technologist, she was a subject matter expert for every surgical patient at EMF CLDJ. Her expertise and attention to detail in the operating room lead to 0 surgical site infections while working as first assist for 2 trauma team surgeons. Ensured all surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies were up to exceptional standards that lead to 0 operating room mishaps. Executed all stages of care from beginning pre operation screening of patients to post operative care and education.

MISSION FOCUSED- Asked to move out of original dental billet to the Trauma Teams because of operating room expertise and knowledge. Served as a member on 2 Trauma Teams of 8 personnel deployed to CLDJ. Provided 24/7 emergency on call care to joint base, foreign national population, and outstations on the Horn of Africa with excess of 5,000 personnel. As a key member of the trauma team trusted and worked as a team with 5 providers, 4 nurses, and 4 corpsman to manage critical patients and execute life saving interventions.

PROGRAM MANAGER- EMF ACFL; initiated EMF 2024 PFA Cycle Waiver with OIC then conducted 67 BCAs for PFA Cycle 2024 resulting in 100% pass rate at EMF.

OXYGEN GENERATOR LPO: Ran only medical oxygen supply in Africa in support of 5 outstations throughout AFRICOM AOR, federal fire dept, and various aeromedical transport commands, transporting between locations. Responsible for the generation of concentrated medical oxygen, refilling of medical oxygen tanks, and accountability of 172 medical gas cylinders and 35 gas regulation devices valued at $63K.

SECONDARY SUPPLY PO- Successfully created new supply inventory program that increased surgical supply in-stock rate from 62% to 88%. Upheld management and maintenance of all supply materials and equipment ensuring the safe provision of surgical and anesthesia procedures valued at over 3 million. Ensured the EMF was mission ready with all equipment and consumables needed to perform routine and trauma surgeries under critical conditions.
