As Optometry Department Head, developed a collaborative TBI evaluation and vision therapy program that integrated optometry and occupational therapy in the delivery of optometric TBI evaluation and vision therapy. He revised glasses ordering operations and reduced problematic orders by 95%. He personally completed over 7,500 optometry encounters and earned the title of Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.
Work center supervisor and optometry technician, Optometry Department, Naval Medical Center San Diego. His consistent hard work and commitment to the mission resulted in 13,400 comprehensive eye exams for active duty members and beneficiaries. Qualified as one of only four technicians in Navy Region Southwest to work in the specialty low vision clinic, where he trained 75 patients with visual disabilities to develop a better quality of life.

As Leading Petty Officer, Optometry department, created and led the department's transition plan for MHS genesis while facilitating the relocation of $350K in equipment and supplies as a part of the departments COVID-19 response to maintain 100% of optometric services. As Directorate Joint Commission and MEDIG lead, prepared three departments ensuring impeccable results for both assessments.
As Leading Petty Officer NASP & NMRTC Optometry, provided leadership and guidance to 15 staff members and 3 civilians in support of 3 providers.
