As the Departmental Sponsor Coordinator, organized the intake and acclimation of 6 Sailors, increasing the Command's mission fighting capabilities.



- COMMAND FOCUSED. Led # sponsors which ensured timely sponsorship assignment for # new check-ins and drafted # welcome aboard messages providing a smooth transition.



- COMMAND FOCUSED. Integral in revamping the indoctrination program and improving the sponsorship program thereby ensuring a smooth check-in process for new Sailors.



- COMMAND AMBASSADOR. As Sponsorship Coordinator, ensured timely sponsor assignment and Command Indoctrination for X reporting Sailors, facilitating a smooth PCS transition.



- PROGRAM EXPERT. Reinvigorated a stagnant Command Indoc/Sponsorship Program, restructured topics and briefs, coordinated with Fleet and Family Services to offer additional training, and scheduled Sailors who were overdue for Indoc, bringing the program back to full compliance.



- COMMITTED PROFESSIONAL. Handpicked to fill the role as the Command Sponsorship Coordinator, he ensured a seamless transition into the command for 17 reporting Sailors, guaranteeing a lasting impression and immediate impact.



As Sponsor Coordinator, she trained over 40 Sailors and coordinated the smooth transition of 22 families, maintaining 100% operational readiness.



EXCEPTIONAL MANAGER: One of five Command Sponsorship Coordinators, responsible for 211 incoming and 110 detaching personnel. Coordinated with directors and sponsors to ensure new arrivals receive first class care and are prepared for their overseas transition.



MULTI-TALENTED- As Command Sponsorship Coordinator, she assisted 15 sponsors in ensuring smooth PCS travel for 55 prospective gains. She also organized a Command-Wide training to ensure every sponsor had up to date information.



AS DIVISION SPONSOR COORDINATOR, SHE TRANSFORMED A FAILED PROGRAM INTO A SUCCESS, BOOSTING PRODUCTIVITY BY REDUCING TIME REQUIRED TO INTEGRATE SAILORS INTO THE DEPARTMENT.



As sponsor coordinator, he supervised the sponsorship of 9 incoming members and single-handedly overhauled the existing sponsorship program providing a path for seamless transition.



As the Sponsorship Program Coordinator, she coordinated 7 check-in packages for PWD Sasebo and established and maintained effective communications with the new arrivals during the check-in process and ensured proper berthing, food, transportation, AOB, command indoctrination, and an efficient transition to living in Japan.



PERSONNEL SPECIALIST SEAMAN ACEVES HELPED FACILITATE THE EFFICIENT FLOW OF THE COMMAND SPONSOR PROGRAM FOR 1200 INCOMING SAILORS, PROVIDED SPONSOR TRAINING FOR 60 STAFF MEMBERS, AND COORDINATED THE TRANSFER PROCESS FOR 100 OUTGOING SAILORS.



As the Command Sponsor coordinator, he tracked and checked in over 710 incoming sailors, stamped and signed over 110 orders, processed 77 travel claims, 55 TLE and DLA requests, updated over 140 NAVPERS 1070/602s and submitted over 330 gain packages to the Personnel Support Detachment office through the transaction online processing system resulting in a 95% success rate. Coordinated and set up with Fleet and Family and conducted and held monthly sponsorship training for 48 staff members, certifying them to participate in the Command Sponsorship Program.



AS COMMAND SPONSORSHIP COORDINATOR, PETTY OFFICER LEE DEMONSTRATED EXCEPTIONAL INITIATIVE AND SUPERB ATTENTION TO DETAIL IN THE SUPERVISING AND TRAINING OF 64 COMMAND SPONSORSHIP COORDINATORS. HIS EXCEPTIONAL ENTHUSIASM, OUTSTANDING TECHNICAL EXPERTISE AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS ENABLED THE SWIFT AND TIMELY PLACEMENT OF 775 ENLISTED AND COMMISIONED SAILORS, WHICH CONTRIBUTED TO THE COMMAND'S REMARKABLE 100 PERCENT SPONSORSHIP AND PERSONNEL QUALIFICATION OF 66 COMMAND SPONSORS.



While assigned as NMCB 11 Command Sponsor and Indoc Plt, Petty Officer Tuscadelli was responsible for the successful integration of 85 personnel into the command. His leadership, professional knowledge, and overall outstanding character set the standard of expectation for incoming personnel.



As Command Sponsor coordinator, she supervised 4 departments' prospective gains by coordinating the training and assignment of Command Sponsors.



AS THE COMMAND SPONSOR COORDINATOR, HE ENSURED A SMOOTH TRANSITION TO OVERSEAS DUTY FOR MORE THAN SEVEN PERSONNEL.



As Command Sponsor Coordinator, Petty Officer Hicks dedicated countless hours to maintaining the Navy Standard Integrated Personnel Systems command tracking database with sponsor information for approximately 250 prospective personnel.



AS DEPARTMENTAL SPONSOR COORDINATOR, SHE PROVIDED GUIDANCE TO 328 SAILORS AND NINE NAVY COMMANDS, ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH THE NAVY'S SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM.



AS THE COMMAND SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM COORDINATOR, HE GUARANTEED AN EFFICIENT AND SAFE TRANSFER OF 30 INCOMING PERSONNEL.

EO1 CONTRIBUTED SIGNIFICANTLY TO THE DET AS THE ADMIN LPO, EVALUATION COORDINATOR, CFL, MUSTERING OFFICER, AND UNIT SPONSOR, WORKING OVER A THOUSAND HOURS TO ENSURE PERSONNEL READINESS.



PETTY OFFICER BARROGA DEMONSTRATED INITIATIVE IN IMPLEMENTING THE SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM WHICH RESULTED IN SEAMLESS ASSIMILATION OF 11 SAILORS TO THE UNIT.



AS SPONSOR COORDINATOR, HE ENSURED THE SMOOTH TRANSITION OF 29 SAILORS TO AN OVERSEAS AOR, INCREASING MISSION EFFICIENCY BY OVER 50 PERCENT.



HE WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN THE COORDINATION OF THE SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM THAT ENSURED EVERY SAILOR AND THEIR FAMILY RECEIVED A QUALIFIED SPONSOR TO ASSIST IN THEIR INTEGRATION INTO THE OVERSEAS ENVIRONMENT. THROUGH HIS INITIATIVE, HE WAS ESSENTIAL IN THE SUCCESSFUL TRANSITION OF OVER 600 ACTIVE DUTY PERSONNEL INTO NAPLES.

Identified the need for a robust sponsorship program followed by a strong mentorship program. He personally reestablished the sponsorship program and reevaluated and revised the mentorship program. His efforts ensured nine onboarding Sailors were immediately successful and were quickly able to produce exceptional products for the gaining command.
