**MY #1 OF XX SECOND CLASS PETTY OFFICERS. EXEMPLARY PERFORMER AND LEADER! **

-ULTIMATE INSTRUCTOR. As CTT ALPO, he constructed and implemented five schoolhouse courses for 3 NECC required mission sets. He oversaw 14 instructors conducting over 300 hours of classroom, practical and high risk training evolutions for 62 students resulting in 100% mission coverage for MSRON-2. He also corrected an AST manning shortfall of 25% to 137%. Additionally, he conducted 26 oral boards and exams for ATTWO, COG and RFTL for ECHO Company personnel as the lead board member, increasing overall mission readiness by 63%.
-COMMAND CONCENTRATED. As an ACFL he conducted 4 PRTs, 51 FEP sessions and 64 AST PT sessions resulting in a 98% PRT/PFA pass rate for the command. He assisted ESCS in range operations as line coach and weapons watch for six days resulting in the qualification of 12 personnel in CSW weapon systems as well as ensuring accountability of weapons, ammunition and ancillary gear required to conduct a CAT 2/3 range.
-COMMUNITY INVOLVED. Conducted 28 hours of community service cleaning the MSRON-2 sponsored roadway and at the Chesapeake Humane Society greatly strengthening the bond of the United State Navy and the Hampton Roads community.

-SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT. As Command Training Team Member, he was instrumental in the creation of the Master Schedule of Events, Drill Cards, and Watchbills for the preparation of Unit Level Training Readiness Assessment-Certification, which led to the successful evaluation of 61 Sailors for 40 drills. Additionally, he qualified and trained 14 AST Team Members and 24 Embarked Security Team Members, enhancing the company's capabilities and mission readiness.
-DECKPLATE LEADER. As an NECC Armorer, he maintained 100% accountability of 285 weapons and 569 optics, mounts, barrels and auxiliary equipment valued at $2.5 million with zero discrepancies. He supervised and trained 24 Sailors in 3M, including 104 spot checks increasing the companies 3M knowledge, and devoted 103 hours for Range Staff, qualifying 60 Sailors in small arms and crew served weapons, directly enhancing command readiness.
-COMMAND ASSET. As an assistant Urinalysis Program Coordinator, he developed and implemented an aggressive random sampling schedule to maintain 30 percent testing on a daily basis, meeting the Navy standard for a command wide urinalysis program for a command of over 300 Sailors maintaining command readiness.

-SUPERB LEADER. As CTT LPO he led 60 Sailors and four EST Platoons through 280 hours of training during the FY19 basic phase resulting in the successful qualification and certification of five Mission Commanders, seven ATTWO's, 12 COG's, and 19 Reaction Force Team Members. Spearheaded the instruction of 12 IA Sailors on Embarked Security Skillsets, which led to their successful deployment to the C6F AOR.
-SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE. Handpicked to stand a fill gapped PLT One ATTWO underway position, a watch normally stood by a FCPO or higher. Expertly led 10 sailors on all facets of Embarked, Landside, and Aircraft Security team procedures; his efforts culminated in his platoons successful C6F deployment and embarkation onboard USNS CARSON CITY.
-COMMAND INVOLVEMENT. As Dept. Career Counselor he processed three reenlistments, five CWAY applications, 18 CDB's, one 1306, four USMAP, and four college enrollments which resulted in the departments 97% retention rate and CRS-2's 2019 Retention Excellence Award.

-DYNAMIC LEADER. As Command Training Team LPO, managed a team of 14 CTT members through the ULTRA-C qualification of Echo CTT. Led Echo CTT through the Final Evaluation Problem which resulted in the qualification of four watch teams in all aspects of Expeditionary Warfare operations paving the way for successful deployments to 4th, 5th and 6th Fleet AORs. He also directed the streamlining of the PQS process, resulting in the qualification of nine ATTWOs, 18 COGs and eight Reaction Force Team Leaders.
-EXCEPTIONAL LEADER. Dual hatted as a Designated Embarked Security Team Mission Commander with weapons release authority in charge of a 12 person EST while on deployment in the 6th fleet AOR; and Aircraft Security Team Mission Commander to provide low profile security of High Value Assets in austere environments throughout AFRICOM. Conducted 150 hours of EXW training for personnel and administered XX tests resulting in XX personnel EXW qualified.
-CIVIC MINDED. Participated in over 50 hours of support to the Tidewater branch of the Boy Scouts of America greatly enhancing relations within the community.
