He oversaw 14 instructors conducting over 300 hours of classroom, practical and high risk training evolutions for 62 students resulting in 100% mission coverage for MSRON-2. He also corrected an AST manning shortfall of 25% to 137%. Additionally, he conducted 26 oral boards and exams for ATTWO, COG and RFTL for ECHO Company personnel as the lead board member, increasing overall mission readiness by 63%.

Additionally, he qualified and trained 14 AST Team Members and 24 Embarked Security Team Members, enhancing the company's capabilities and mission readiness.

As an assistant Urinalysis Program Coordinator, he developed and implemented an aggressive random sampling schedule to maintain 30 percent testing on a daily basis, meeting the Navy standard for a command wide urinalysis program for a command of over 300 Sailors maintaining command readiness.

Spearheaded the instruction of 12 IA Sailors on Embarked Security Skillsets, which led to their successful deployment to the C6F AOR.
