3. Job Information:
Principal activities and responsibilities:
-SRS/TRU- Had the responsibility of adding parts to the MRF, Pushing OFFTRs/OFFVALS from the NALCOMIS boxes, OFFMPs, processing the ordered DTOs and ISSIPs.
-PRE-X- I was the supervisor of PRE-X and had the responsibility for being fully stocked for the squadrons to order their free parts requested to complete their daily tasks, PRE-X is full of KITS (a package containing parts squadrons created because it is used the most) and the free parts stored/stocked and counted to be prepared for the need of all squadrons. I have prepared and sent out a total of 2,500 parts with a price of 2.5 Million Dollars and have built and sent out 375 KITS with a price of 1.3 Million Dollars. As well as, I have trained 10 Sailors to be able to take over Pre-x and/or pull the parts if Pre-x is undermanned.
-PMU- is the responsibility of being a triple check system. We keep the squadrons updated and if possible try to order the ordered parts from a different area to get it in faster so our squadrons can complete their mission.
AWP- is the responsibility of being the middle person for 3 divisions 400div, 500div, 600div. We keep track of the parts ordered and when received by AWP the division is called to pick up. Every Wednesday the divisions came to AWP to update us on important parts needed for their desired mission.

-I have trained 8 team members on all of the information I know containing to SRS. Which had a positive impact on the help to our squadrons. In turn has helped the overall experience and contribution to the command.
-6k - 25k Forklift certified
- Airfield Operators Driver's License
- I have learned the processes in SRS, Pre-X, PMU, AWP, and FLC in my experience of this command so far.
- I have done 65 different runs on the 6k Forklift, 34 runs15k forklift to help our bases squadrons and divisions.
- In SRS I have delivered 5,372 consumable parts to our squadrons and divisions in total, with a value of 1.3 million dollars, I have delivered 132 Repairable parts, with a value of 2.5 million dollars.
- In PRE-X I have prepared and sent out 2,500 of our free stock of parts and 375 KITS to our squadrons and divisions.
- In PRE-X VR-54 squadron sent back over 100 KITS that were unused and I went through for a week sorting and restocking all of the squadrons unused KITS.
-In PRE-X VFA-204 decommission I went through the PUK and took it out of our PRE-X system with a total of 450 Parts and added them into our PRE-X inventory as well as the KITS for VFA-204 were deleted and stored back into our inventory. When I was in PRE-X at the time with no assistance.
In PRE-X Inventory- I have done a total of 5 Pre-X BULK-to-BULK inventories whilst 2 of them were done by myself.
- In PMU I contacted and supported our squadrons questions and helped get in contact 74 times with different squadrons to help get the squadrons orders shipped more efficiently for the sake of the mission.
