Should've been May 11th, not sure of the exact date anymore but I'm pretty positive that was it. Weather was bad, maybe about BKN004 but WX wasn't updating the weather properly so it was being called as 008. Multiple pilots were reporting less than a five hundred foot ceiling. Tori came in on a GPS to RY24, was about 9-10m final and was descending. Low Altitude Alert started going off because they descended below 1000ft. SV issued the low altitude alert to them properly, issued the MDA and he started to ascend a bit. Tori was inside 6-7 miles at this point and started to descend again to about 700ft, at this point SV told the Tori something along the lines of "Low Altitude Alert, suggest you begin an immediate climb". Tori then had to execute a missed approach. There is a ridgeline that was less than 2 miles ahead of where Tori was at 640ft (5 mile final). Of course 700ft indicated could mean Tori was at 790 but that still puts them 150ft above the ridge line and still descending towards it. Not sure how much more this would help but there was also a two star onboard.
