PETTY OFFICER HEIMLICH EXPERTLY TRANSLATED 23 TARGET LANGUAGE DOCUMENTS AND PROCESSED OVER 100 FOREIGN LANGUAGE ITEMS WHICH PRODUCED ACTIONABLE INTELLIGENCE FOR OVER 20 TIME-SENSITIVE REPORTS WHICH WERE BRIEFED AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF THE INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY. IN ADDITION, AS A SEASONED LPO, HIS DEVOTED MENTORSHIP CONTRIBUTED TO TWO DEPARTMENT JSOQ WINNERS, FOUR COMMAND AND JOINT SERVICE COMMENDATIONS, FOUR OFFICER PACKAGES, A 40 PERCENT ADVANCEMENT RATE, AND A 100 PERCENT RETENTION RATE. CHIEF PETTY OFFICER RYERSON EFFICIENTLY LED AND MENTORED A TEAM OF SEVEN SAILORS CONDUCTING CRYPTOLOGIC FORCE PROTECTION OPERATIONS AND TRANSLATION SUPPORT FOR THE JOINT TASK FORCE AND NAVAL BASE GUANTANAMO. AS THE ENLISTED INFORMATION DOMINANCE WARFARE SPECIALIST PROGRAM COORDINATOR, HE WAS DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TRAINING OF 33 SAILORS ENROLLED IN THE PROGRAM WHICH RESULTED IN NINE QUALIFICATIONS AND INCREASED READINESS BY 40 PERCENT. BY HIS CONSISTENT LEADERSHIP, UNSWERVING DETERMINATION AND COMPLETE DEDICATION TO DUTY, CHIEF PETTY OFFICER RYERSON REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND UPHELD THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
