HE SERVED AS THE TECHNICAL LIAISON BETWEEN SPACE AND NAVAL WARFARE SYSTEMS COMMAND/NMCI TECHNICIANS AND CHIEF OF NAVAL PERSONNEL STAFF MEMBERS TO KEEP THE ANNUAL IT OPERATIONS BUDGET BELOW $1M. PETTY OFFICER REYES' EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONALISM, UNRELENTING PERSEVERANCE, AND LOYAL DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIM AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
FOR PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT IN THE SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE OF HIS DUTIES AS LEADING PETTY OFFICER AND INFORMATION ASSURANCE MANAGER FOR NCTAMS LANT DET SOUDA BAY, GREECE FROM MARCH 2012 TO AUGUST 2014. PETTY OFFICER WESTON'S CAREFUL DOCUMENTATION AND STREAMLINING OF PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES ULTIMATLEY LED TO THE SUCCESSFUL ACCREDITATION OF THE NIPR AND SIPR NETWORKS AND THE PROPER MANAGEMENT OF A $700K CONTRACT BUDGET. PETTY OFFICER WESTON'S EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONALISM AND SELFLESS DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
FOR MERITORIOUS SERVICE AS INFORMATION ASSURANCE OFFICER AT U.S. NAVAL COMPUTER AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS STATION, NAPLES, ITALY FROM JUNE 2012 TO JULY 2015. PETTY OFFICER SCHULTZ PERFORMED VULNERABILITY AND RETINA SCANS FOR COMMAND AND CONTROL, INTEGRATED WAVEFORM, AND JOINT (UHF) MILSATCOM NETWORK INTEGRATED CONTROL SYSTEM, KEEPING ALL THESE PROGRAMS VIABLE AND OPERATIONAL. SHE CREATED OVER 100 PLANS OF ACTION AND IMPLEMENTED METRICS TO IDENTIFY AND CORRECT EVOLVING SYSTEM DEFICIENCIES, REDUCING VULNERABILITIES BY 50%. HER INVOLVEMENT WAS THE MAJOR FACTOR IN COMPLETING ALL SIPRNET TOKENS FOR ALL COMMAND SIPRNET USERS 30 DAYS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. PETTY OFFICER SCHULTZ'S EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONALISM AND SELFLESS DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HERSELF AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT AS INFORMATION ASSURANCE MANAGER, COMMANDER, TASK GROUP 56.1/56.9 FROM JUNE TO OCTOBER 2014. AS INFORMATION ASSURANCE MANAGER, PETTY OFFICER CHIPOCO PROCESSED AND MANAGED 230 USER ACCOUNTS, 60 CROSS DOMAIN DATA TRANSFERS, AND 170 REQUESTS FOR CHANGE, ENSURING THAT ALL TASK GROUPS WERE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY ACROSS FIVE CLASSIFIED AND UNCLASSIFIED DOMAINS. AS COMMUNICATIONS LPO, HE REVIEWED AND RELEASED OVER 300 NAVAL MESSAGES, ENSURING EFFECTIVE AND TIMELY COMMAND AND CONTROL OF 13 TASK ELEMENTS, THREE SHORE DETACHMENTS, TWO TASK GROUPS, AND ONE MOBILE UNIT. PETTY OFFICER CHIPOCO'S DEDICATION TO SERVICE, PERSONAL INITIATIVE AND UNSWERVING DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIM AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
