FURTHER, AS CSMA, FCA1 LED 18 WORKCENTERS IN THE PERFORMANCE OF MAINTENANCE THROUGHOUT ROOSEVELT'S THIRD PATROL. PETTY OFFICER MONROE'S DISTINCTIVE ACCOMPLISHMENTS, UNRELENTING PERSEVERANCE AND LOYAL DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HERSELF AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
MERITORIOUS SERVICE WHILE SERVING AS THE LEADING PETTY OFFICER IN COUNTER SMALL UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS (CsUAS), SECURITY DEPARTMENT, FROM 7 SEPTEMBER 2021 TO 11 OCTOBER 2023. DURING THIS PERIOD, PETTY OFFICER FIRST CLASS DAVID F. KEPLER PERFORMED HIS DEMANDING DUTIES IN AN EXEMPLARY AND HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
