As Chief of the Guard, he took part in the development and qualification of five COGs, three Reaction Force Team Members, and eight EST members, resulting in an increased watchbill flexibility for ECHO Company's 2022 deployment. His motivation and devotion to duty displays character which should be emulated by peers and subordinates alike.
-MOTIVATED TRAINER. As the Training Petty Officer for Platoon-2, he successfully maintained and scrubbed DIVO and training records for 15 sailors, resulting in 95% proficiency status in ASM. As a member of CTT, he instructed and evaluated 67 hours of training in weapons, warning shots, and AT/FP practical application drills in the simulator during the EST Academy and during Landside Academy.
-COMMAND ASSET. As an Assistant Urinalysis Program Coordinator, he directly supported the mission by aiding in 42 new check-ins and random urinalysis collection with no discrepancies noted. Also he is responsible for mustering 61 sailors for ECHO as the Muster Petty Officer, and he accurately accounts for all whereabouts to maintain 100% accountability of personnel to ensure the mission can continue as normal.

MISSION ORIENTED. As COG he led 9 Sailors conducting embarked security and ATFP operations in the Black Sea and through the Turkish Straits onboard USNS YUMA. His team ensured the safety and security for US Naval assets valued at $500M along with a crew of 65 civilians and 40 military personnel.
DEVOTED TRAINER. Spearheaded 12 training sessions facilitating 45 hours of COG and EXW training, his efforts resulted in the qualification of 10 COGs and 16 Expeditionary Warfare Specialists. Provided direct mentorship to 5 junior Sailors which resulted in the selection of 2 BJOQs.
COMMAND AND COMMUNITY INVOLVED. As MWR VP he organized 5 events for 20 Sailors deployed to the C6F AOR equaling a combined total of 111 volunteer hours. Community efforts led to him being recognized USO volunteer of the quarter and volunteer of the month for April 2019. As Dept. RPPO he submitted 137 orders of mission critical equipment valued at $10,000 for 4 Security platoons deployed to 4th, 5th, and 6th fleet AORs.

He conducted over 500 hours of in-classroom, on-the-job and simulator training in preparation for certification for all mission sets for the upcoming deployment of 2020. Additionally, he proctored 46 exams and oral boards for both Chief of the Guard and Reaction Force Team Leader for ECHO Company personnel as the lead board member increasing overall mission readiness by 36%.
-COMMAND ORIENTED. As the DCC, completed 63 CDB's, 12 C-WAY applications, three reenlistments, and provided guidance to Sailors helping cultivate their career growth. As the RCRP Manager for all TOA and Conex boxes for landside and EST, he has ensured the inventory and issuance of all of ECHO Company's equipment, through subordinates, valued at $1.6 million without incident. As Chief of the Guard, he led seven personnel conducting three critical vessel vetting missions, which included 10 tugboats, five line handler vessels, and conducted 54 line handler personnel inspections in support of five U.S. Navy Warships transitioning through foreign ports attributing to the safe passage of 1,048 crew members. Stood 350 hours as point security for two MK-VI Vessels, valued over $54 million dollars, ensuring no unauthorized personnel gained access.
-EXPERT MANAGER. As AUPC he flawlessly executed the collection, verification, processing, and packaging of over 400 specimens, including one command sweep with zero discrepancies. As member of the Command Reliance Team he assisted the CMEO in facilitating five command focus groups and one DEOCS debrief.
-COMMAND IMPACT. As Dept. USMAP Program Coordinator, oversaw the enrollment of five Sailors in USMAPS and signed off over 5000 hours towards completion of certifications.

As Chief of the Guard, led a platoon of 10 Sailors on four vetting missions for HVAs valued at $500 Million, including the inspection and processing of eight tugboats, four line handler vessels, and 22 personnel in support of the port of Jebel-Ali. Trained and qualified five COGs and 12 sentries, greatly enhancing mission readiness.
-SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT. As the CTT Landside SME, he created and organized 13 event drill guides and assembled the complete drill package for ULTRA-C resulting in 100% certification of Echo Company CTT. Spearheaded two Embarked and Landside Security Team academies for 22 Sailors, facilitated 16 hours of training which qualified 12 landside security sentries. Delivered 14 hours of EXW training for 23 Sailors yielding seven EXW qualifications.
-COMMAND FOCUSED. Active member of the Command Resilience Team he conducted 25 face to face interviews and led five focus groups. As a Combined Federal Campaign member he participated in the annual command fundraiser that raised over $10,000.

- PROVEN PROFESSIONAL. As Platoon Three Administrative Petty Officer, he tracked, processed, and submitted over 45 pieces of company correspondence. As Explosive Driver, safely transported $50K of ammunition supplying four Embarked Security Combat School crew served ranges, and one small arms range for 200 personnel, resulting in 100% qualification rating and no incidents.
- COMMUNITY DEDICATION. Volunteered five off duty hours at the Miami Zoological Foundation assisting with the cleaning of animal sanctuaries; he also spent three hours giving food items to more than 70 residents at the Chesapeake homeless shelter.

-METICULOUS ADMINISTRATOR. As DTS system NDEA he reviewed and completed 11 vouchers, resulting in the processing of $605 towards Sailor's GTCC accounts. Additionally, as Platoon Three Work Center Supervisor, he supervised seven spot checks onboard USNS Spearhead with zero discrepancies.
-COMMAND ORIENTED. As Echo Company's MWR representative, he assisted with two command fundraisers raising $1,215 for the command Holiday Party, boosting morale and espirit de corps for the command. As ACFL he led 15 departmental physical training sessions and aided with one Physical Fitness Assessment for 10 Sailors resulting in 97% passing rate.

As Communications Petty Officer he was responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of 15 AN-PRC 152 radios, two Toughbook laptops, 32 MOHOC helmets cameras, two iridium satellite phones, and two LRAD speaker systems valued at a total of $229,131, his efforts ensured uninterrupted internal and external communications for Echo Company 3rd Platoon.

Maintained 360 degree security for two High Valued Assets valued at $500M each ensuring the safety of 45 civilians and 27 military personnel with zero incidents.
- EXECEPTIONAL MANAGER. As Platoon Advanced Skill Management Coordinator he meticulously maintained the qualification tracker and progress of 14 personnel. He tracked and input 120 weapons and watch qualifications, efforts contributed to CRS-2's overall score of 86% during the FY20 CRATE Assessment.
- CIVIC MINDED. Volunteered four hours serving Thanksgiving dinner with Eggleston, supporting 150 families with needed food and supplies.

Assisted with a five-day live fire room clearing course with the Marine FAST team deployed to Rota Spain.
- CIVIC MINDED. Volunteered 10 off-duty hours to the David Farragut Elementary School where he worked and supervised grades one through six during their field day promoting a positive image for himself and the command.

As COG, he led a 10 Sailor team conducting Embarked Security operations in the C6F and AFRICOM AOR, protecting U.S. assets valued over $500M through disputed waters ensuring the safety of 65 civilians and 165 military personnel. His team provided inport security for six West African port visits ensuring the embarked medical team could conduct 18 medical missions with 430 Host Nation medical personnel.
-COMMAND IMPACT. My Non DTS Entry Agent, was the driving force in the submission of 236 vouchers ensuring the timely receipt of all pay and entitlements, and trained 10 sailors in all facets of DTS duties. As departmental Navy and Marine Corps Relief Society representative, he was directly responsible for raising $1,000. His efforts benefited sailors, marines, and families fleet wide.

Completed a 100 day EST mission onboard USNS SPEARHEAD, while embarked she stood 20 hours as COG, 950 hours as lookout, and conducted 60 hours of weapons maintenance. Her platoon's vigilant ATFP watch standing efforts were essential to the successful seizure of over $50 million worth of narcotics.
