As an Embarked Security Team member he used his technical knowledge to help develop a mission critical vetting program used to safeguard $54 million in High Valued Assets while in support of CRS2 deployment, in addition he completed four vetting missions inspecting 20 personnel and eight vessels in the port of Jebel-Ali. He conducted 600 hours of watch on three MK-VI vessels, valued over $14 million dollars with zero security incidents.
-ADMINISTRATION LEADERSHIP. As an Echo Company Non-DTS Entry Agent coordinator he meticulously tracked 20 sets of TAD orders and vouchers worth $200,000 in support of Fourth Platoon with zero discrepancies.
-COMMUNITY EVOLVED. Devoted 200 hours as a youth baseball coach for the Hampton Roads Youth Sporting Partnerships, and mentored 14 young men while strengthening relationships between local youth and parents in the community.

As an EST ATTWO, forward deployed to the C6F AOR, she led a division of 11 Sailors, across three ratings in Embarked and Landside Security operations, directly responsible for the tactical employment of weapon systems achieving 360-degree external security of USNS High Value Assets transiting through the AOR. Her direct leadership assisted in 100% retention, 90% college enrollment, 60% USMAP enrollment, two JSOQs, a SOQ, three FLOCs two Meritorious Advancements and an ASTOUNDING 100% qualification rate.

As alternate CMEO and Lead Resiliency Team Member, she conducted seven focus groups, which ensured a positive command climate, quality of life and increased knowledge and awareness throughout the command. As Departmental Career Counselor for ECHO Company, she provided career planning and professional development to 27 Sailors, completed and processed 13 CWAY applications, five 1306s, three re-enlistments, and 36 CDBs.
- SAILORIZATION. As the FCPOA Secretary, she organized and recorded over 20 FCPOA meeting minutes, helped lead 46 PO1s, improving communication between the FCPOA and the CPO Mess. Active in Sailor 360 classroom training and physical readiness. Volunteered over 5 off duty hours in support of USO and Adopt a Spot clean up, keeping positive relations with the community. Rock solid performance during an arduous 'out of rate' 6th Fleet deployment in support of CTF 68's mission. His unyielding effort served as a benchmark for his peers and subordinates.

- MISSION FOCUSED. As an Embarked Security Team member he conducted AT/FP operations providing 2,160 hours of security for USNS TRENTON a national asset valued at $500M. Efforts directly led to the successful execution 50 scan eagle flights, totaling 462 hours during five patrols supporting Operation Odyssey Resolve.
- NOTEABLE ADMINISTRATOR. As WG23 Work Center Supervisor, he led and managed 10 personnel in the accomplishment of 64 PMS checks of 9 Crew Served Weapons, 24 small arms, and 5 CSW mounts with zero discrepancies further sustaining mission capability.

Proven top quality supervisor and administrator, she dedicated 100% to CRS-2, her peers, and junior Sailors under her charge.

- MISSION FIXATED. As Chief of the Guard, she led 10 Sailors who stood 2,052 hours of AT/FP watches, directly responsible for safeguarding assets valued in excess of $500M. Responsible for the placement and maintenance of 26 small arms, 8 CSWs, and over 10,000 rounds of ammunition. Her direct supervision ensured her security team was in compliance with CORIVRON and CTF-68 policy.
- STEADFAST COMMITMENT. As NDEA, she was accountable for the travel profile of 11 Sailors ensuring the timely payment of $20,000.00 in Government funds. Her attention to detail ensured her security team was able to transport throughout the 6th Fleet AOR and meet mission requirements with ZERO discrepancies.

- EFFECTIVE ADMINISTRATOR. As the Work Center Supervisor of WG23 and WG24, he led 11 Sailors in the completion of over 150 maintenance actions with zero discrepancies. As the armorer he was responsible for the inventory and management of over $300K in controlled items resulting in 100% mission readiness.
