Medical Department Representative (MDR) Evals
-REGIONAL EXPERT. As Regional MDR, he was a significant asset in tracking Medical Readiness for 13k SELRES. He managed 6 NRCs, led 15 MDRs and 2,247 SELRES, adjudicating 140 MRRs, 60 TNPQs, 45 TNDQs, 20 LOD packages. As medical SME, he conducted 10 Round table meetings with the NRCs to ensure medical readiness and all injury cases are properly managed, strengthening war fighting readiness.

-LEADERSHIP. As Work Center Supervisor, led 12 Sailors in the daily administrative, professional and logistical operations of the Medical Department. Ensured monthly tasks were met for all medical injury management programs and record accountability for 3,158 records, resulting in 100% medical compliance for Command Assessment requirements. Authored two SOPs for Line of Duty (LOD) and Medical Retention Review (MRR) programs which were instrumental in training newly appointed Sailors and overseas units.
-EXCEPTIONAL PROGRAM MANAGER. As MRR/LOD coordinator, HM2 reviewed over 7K medical documents for 101 cases, where 47 were adjudicated by BUMED/PERS and 12% were processed for medical retirement/ separations. HM2's coordination and diligence were evident during the 2022 REDCOM Command Assessment. She was lauded for best practices/tracking for the MRR program in the Region. Moreover, hand selected to travel and train one overseas unit on all Injury Management programs based on current policy and guidance.
-SAILORIZATION. As ACFL, led 75 Sailors in Command PT, directly influencing a 100% pass rate for Cycle 22-1. Trained four Sailors on MRR, LOD, and MEDHOLD processes while maintaining a positive work environment for junior Sailors to include 100% USMAP enrollment within the N9 Department. Also coordinated with Command DAPA and Mothers Against Drunk Driving to instruct 75 staff members on the dangers and consequences of drunk driving.

As Medical Department Representative, he completed 2 strategic deterrent patrols, 3 refits, and 1 dry docking period. HMC provided medical care for over 200 crew members to include managing six MEDEVACs, organizing 83 physicals, and 500 PHAs. He provided mentorship to 46 CPOs, 3 XOs, 5 UMOs, and 3 CRAs.
As Medical Department Representative, he managed the health and medical needs of a 150-member crew, ensuring zero mission days lost to medical issues during two strategic deterrent patrols. His proactive approach to preventive medicine and health education led to a 25% reduction in reported illnesses. Mentored 4 UMOs, 2 XOs, and 3 CRAs. His guidance and expertise have been instrumental in developing these leaders' medical and operational proficiency, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the submarine's command structure
